Panera Bread

1 star bc I actually enjoy some of entrees from this franchise & the employees at the register here are usually very friendly.
— ‘s bc I question what the heck the rest of the crew who actually handle the food in the kitchen area are doing???
I’m going to post a pic of what looks like a piece of meat that was in my vegetarian summer corn soup! Rather a large strongly fatty looking piece or someone sliced their finger and it cooked in this soup which now makes it non vegetarian!!!
I’m going to throw up!!! Contemplating if I should call management but for what? To get a replacement of the same soup that probably cooked the rest of the finger??? No thanks! Check out the pic and do not Order the soup! I’m convinced someone in the kitchen plays around bc I questioned the vegetarian tomato soup I once ordered from this same panera store and there was a questionable bug in my soup but with no legs attached, I couldn’t really prove and ended up throwing it out and figured perhaps a bug crawled in but no way can a piece of meat crawl in this damn soup! I’m done going to this one on deer park Ave!

Panera is always my choice when I don’t know what to eat :) I love using the new app and just picking up my food in a flash. Staff is always friendly and food is good. I love the tortellini Alfredo and the iced green tea!

I’ve always gotten good service and good salads and coffees from here. Once they were short on bread… at Panera Bread though lol. Whatever I got a little apple instead. I’m obsessed with Fuji apple salad with grilled chicken. Delicious!!!

Always go their for a quick salad besides me making a salad… theirs are pretty good no complaints… just remember to go to the place before you knock it great eats

Always come to this Panera and never have had a problem, a time before i was missing some of my items when i did an order to go which now makes me check everytime i order. I noticed that i was missing some of my items and brought it back to be checked and added back in, all along my items were there i just didnt see since they were burried in the bottom on a bag, the manager was very rude about my mistake and decided to make a comment to me «well its okay the customers not always right» and walked away saying to his coworkers «good job» since they were the ones who clearly packed and readied my to go order. This type of «service» doesnt cut it in my book. I get that you work at panera at 45 years old and probably hate your life but that doesnt mean customers deserve to be served soup with a side of your bad additude. Wont be visiting this location again.

Love this panera. Food is always correct, staff is kind, online ordering is always done properly and very on time. Clean and easy. The parking is a bit obnoxious though

How HORRIBLY sad that Alex a manager couldn’t tell me the VEGAN options and then when I asked for «the book» she told Maggy the kind lady helping that I couldn’t have it. I had to ask for ANOTHER manager who was too busy to come talk to me and told Maggy to just give me the book– where in less than a minute I found a vegan option! DISAPPOINTING Customer service from the manager Alex BUT we will be back because of Maggy, her smile and the fact that she didn’t treat me like a basket case as the managers did!!!

I love this Panera. I lived in Hicksville before moving to Deer Park and can definitely say this one is better. Service is always so kind and patient (even with a 5 year old tugging at your pants). Food is better and spot on always. I LOVE my salads and sandwiches, the Mediterranean being my absolute favorite and on specific days, Chicken and Rice soup (sorry mami!).

I stopped by here for a change of scenery when it comes to lunch at work; this Panera is just as your typical Panera, it’s pretty clean and the food is pretty good.
My two «go to» dishes here are the Chipotle Chicken Panini and the Ceaser Salad.
I recently tried their new Mediterranean Chicken & Quinoa Salad and although I’m not a huge fan of Kale the salad wasn’t bad at all. It was pretty good, if only they had a bit more olives in it. (Mm olives)
Overall it was and has been a good experience at this place.

Food was hot and the place was clean. but the staff was mean and not very helpful they almost seemed as if they didn’t want to work. I like the fact that they are open late and right on a main road. It would help the place a lot if the staff was nicer to the people spending there cash

Came to Panera Bread cause every time I pass I get a great scent of food coming from it. Went in and order a turkey sandwich BLT with avocado slices in it and it was mouth watering I loved every bite. Place was clean and service was excellent our food came out on in minutes which was great since it was packed with people. The employees was fast, efficient and hard working taking care of the food rush like experts.

Just had a quick bite here with my friend and had no issues with the quality of the food, just the attentiveness to detail. I asked the cashier for a chicken chipotle panini, not sandwich, without bacon. What I got was a chicken chipotle sandwich with bacon! I was in a rush so I went ahead and removed the bacon myself. I shared my sandwich with my friend who’s panini came out awesome. The customer service at this Panera is worse than the others. Its as if the employees here are no more competant than the ones you find in a McDonalds. I’m really not looking forward to coming back to this particular location.

Your basic Panera. Big, clean, plenty of seating (even when it’s super busy). Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. What more can you ask for?
Good:

Better:
* onion soup
* broccoli cheddar soup
* any soup
* lemonade
Best:
* any soup in a bread bowl
* frozen lemonade (seasonal)
Avoid:
* steak & white cheddar panini
* barbecue chicken panini (if you must, ask for less sauce — it’s usually swimming in it)

Amazing creamy tomato! New pasta dish pesto sachettini is unbelievable, who knew panera could do pasta. It’s a must try.

I have a love-​hate relationship with Panera. I order the same thing each time I visit one of their locations, and it’s never the same. Isn’t that the point of being a chain? Consistency? I don’t know anymore.
This particular Panera is alright. It’s much larger than most I’ve been to, so even during a lunch rush you can find somewhere to sit! That’s a small miracle within itself. My food was good. Again, I order the same thing every time: half chicken Caesar salad, half broccoli cheddar. Their WiFi was good, as well! I was actually able to get some work done here during a break from meetings, and that rarely happens.
You’ll be alright coming here if you’re looking for some lunch eats.

Panera made a soup lover out of a kid who always associated soup with being sick and crappy chicken noodle out of a can. My favorite thing to get is the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. It’s delicious and filling, and only a few hundred calories – not bad for a «fast food» place. I usually come to this location, and the staff is always friendly.

Today was my first time eating at a Panera Bread restaurant. I had the Mediterranean Veggie half sandwich a half vegetable soup. I was pleased with the selection of option for non-​meat eating people. The food was amazing. I also had a lemonade on the side which was very fresh as well as refreshing. I will definitely be going back to eat here.

I mean, what is there to say? It’s Panera.
This particular one is especially nice though. It’s roomy, airy, and the staff is almost always friendly.
Beyond that the food is typical Panera fare. Sometimes good, sometimes not. But always better that the rest of the fast food crew in the area.
I DO like their new roasted turkey and artichoke panini sandwich though. VERY yummy.
