The first time I walked in, I was very impressed by the layout of the store. The phones and accessories were organized and everything was neatly stacked. The customer service was great. I was immediately greeted as soon as i walked in. I had an issue with my iPhone and the workers there were enthused in helping me. They showed me how to fix it next time I run into that problem. They were very patient with teaching me since I’m slow in technology. Overall it was a great experience and I’m gonna tell everyone about this new place in Baldwin!

Came in here the other day for a phone and was flat out astonished at the prices. Unlocked phones and phones on plans that were much cheaper than the other stores around, but what really got me was the customer service.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the people who worked there were very attentive. I needed a new phone and they were just so helpful with the advice they gave me, not just on which phone to buy but on which company and which option would be best for me. I’m gonna be back here anytime I need a phone from now on, and even just to pay my bill. Definitely worth it.
