Beware of extra charges taken out of deposit that seem to be made up prices for the smallest things «they» consider not cleaned enough. We had the place so much cleaner than the conditions prior to moving in, we even repainted some very damaged moldy walls. Never have seen such poor management service for such high priced rental fees? Very disappointed in a company that seems to be very known in the community.

Still no major complaints. We received our deposit back, minus an overpriced carpet cleaning fee. I recommend planning farther ahead and hiring your own carpet cleaner. Overall, I would rent through them again if I needed to.

Another wonderful experiance with this entity. Had to use their storage for a couple months. They went out of their way to help and even prorated my usage then forgave a small remaining balance. Can’t say enough positive about this company.

E L Edwards has managed my rental properties for several years. They have done an exceptional job.
I previously has a property management company in Coos Bay manage the properties. It turned into a very costly horror story.

We will NEVER rent from EL Edwards again, I’d rather live in a box under a bridge than give those crooks my business.
EL Edwards has a reputation of wrongly keeping deposits after you move out, and they definitely earned this reputation. After we moved out of one of our rentals, they took a week to inspect the place and tried to charge us $ 90 to mow the lawn because it hadn’t been mowed since we moved out, plus all sorts of random bullsh! t charges that equaled almost the entirety of our deposit.
The next EL Edwards rental we moved into was filthy when we moved in. I’m talking cabinets full of garbage and random crap, floors not mopped, countertops dirty, cabinets falling off the hinges, dead potted plants all over outside, yard overgrown to jungle status… and we’re not talking about cheap rentals here, either… this is one of their more expensive rental homes. I talked to the homeowner about it, and the owner was disgusted, apparently EL Edwards charged her a ridiculous sum of money to clean the house and get it move-​in ready.
Absolutely disgusting company, they appear to prey on both renters and homeowners. BEWARE.

these women could care less if you rented with them or not. save you time and money and go somewhere else!
