I was charged wrong for an item — I had stepped away to monitor my little one as she was ringing me up, and when I came back I SPECIFICALLY QUESTIONED the price of the T-shirts she rung up to verify the price. When I got home, one of them was $ 5 more than it should have been or than she confirmed. I emailed customer service and they were awful. Would not do anything, even after having me provide all the transaction # and receipt information. They would not even issue me a $ 5 courtesy credit, gym bucks, nothing.
I am returning all my items and it isn’t worth supporting such a company when there are other fabulous new out there!

Big selection and great sale, just make sure you really watch your purchases as they are rung up. ⁷⁄₁₀ of my items were incorrectly rang up (as a higher price than marked). I go to Gymboree stores all over the state and it seems this is the only store I have seen so many mistakes on prices.
