Fred and Home Inspections Plus definitely deserves this 5 star review! Just had a home inspection yesterday and already received a detailed, thorough, comprehensive, and helpful report! Fred really takes the time and puts a lot of energy and thought into his work. He is passionate about what he does, utilizes the latest equipment, and exudes professionalism with a sense of humor! I went through the entire inspection with him and he was very knowledgable and helpful, explaining everything as he went along, and answered all of my questions. Plus he is funny and has a great time doing what he does! I am incredibly confident in his knowledge base and feel very confident and secure with his report and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and use again! Go Fred!

I’m trying to buy my first house and of course it is stressful. Add to that, it is a VA Loan so things are even more strict. The inspection was, however, fun! Fred, of Home Inspections Plus, is passionate about his work and will take the extra time to not only answer your questions but to suggest tips for how to be a better home owner! I learned a lot and was very appreciative of the extra effort he put into his work. He also has a pretty awesome FLIR gun which he uses to find leaks and insulation issues. FLIR gun is what I call it since it reminds me of the FLIR from my Army helicopter. :-) (Forward Looking Infra-​red!)

I have had many home inspections and have been satisfied with most. Someone in my office suggested Home Inspections Plus. Though informative most inspection are long and boring. He is dynamic and informative. I talked to Fred on the phone, we also communicated through email and text due to the difficulty of getting in the house. He is business minded but very conscious of our needs and concerns. Home Inspections Plus was paperless for our inspection. He pulled up in a Nissan (all electric) Leaf. He used a thermal imaging camera, a moisture detector and from what I could tell a lot of knowledge. Fred Alati was top notch. His logo is a super hero called HIP Man. He is a super hero. Home Inspections Plus went above and beyond. He also told us that we have a home consultant for life. Sure enough, we moved in and I had questions on improvements so I called him. He lead us in the right direction. I’m sure there are plenty of inspectors that do a inspect home great but Fred Alati is a great inspector.
