Horsfall Beach is a local favorite. Can’t say how many days of beach walks, kite flying, surfing, and ATVing have been spent here. Also a really common spot for bonfires. There are specific areas for ATV use which keep parts of the beach/​dunes free for pedestrians, making this a really good spot for a large variety of recreational activities. If you are interested in renting ATV’s, there are several rental companies locally. You can even camp here if you so choose for approx $ 20 a night. Really good spot to check out the southern end of the National Dunes Recreation Area, especially if you aren’t interested in heading up the 101 to Florence.
