Reebok

A fan of Reebok but with no discount on the shoes I like and mediocre service, I’ll buy my shoes elsewhere.
I came in on ¹²⁄₁₄ to buy some walking shoes. They were having a special that the second pair was $ 19.99. I didn’t see any shoes in my size that I wanted besides the one pair. The selection here is very limited.
The pair I bought was $ 50 which is the same price on
. No savings going here vs. buying directly from the website. I mentioned that to the sales guy and got a «huh.»
The first sales guy that offered to help me wasn’t helpful. He told me to try on the exact same size of shoes I already had on my feet after telling him they were too big in the ankles. «Maybe it’s just those particular shoes. Try another pair.» Are they all made differently or are you just lost?
I took care of myself, finding shoes that fit.
The second sales guy tried to upsell me on more shoes but there were none to be found. They had 4 shoes in my size.
I noticed there are a lot of men’s shoes here and they have one aisle for kids. They also sell socks and casual wear.

Both times that I have visited this store I have found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. Most recently on a very rainy day the staff was able to take plenty of time to ensure that I found the right products without smothering me with their attention.
The store’s stock turnover is pretty high, but it’s an outlet so that’s what you expect! If you are looking for something in particular and don’t want to constantly check back, you’ll be better off at a full line store.
Overall, I’ll come back when I need some new gear and am not ultra-​particular about what I’m looking for.

I have to say, I’m not a big fan of the Reebok brand, but the customer service at these store can turn me into one.
Denise and her team, were great and helpful. They weren’t pushy and mentioned their current promotions.
Definitely, an A+
They have the usual outlet deals. BOGO 50% on most of their shoes and always have other merchandise marked down.
