Sure Shot Tavern

Ok, this really just happened. I stopped in, grabbed a menu, and ordered a taco salad. The bartender said they don’t make taco salads, so I showed him on the menu where it said «taco salad». He said «oh, I guess we do make them. But, I don’t know how.» Good times.
Drinks were good though.

Love this little bar every time I go to it. Every staff member that I have met is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Great drink specials and happy hour. LOVE the pull tabs!

Their price have gone up quite a bit and now the tacos are 2 for $ 3.
Also last time we went to watch the Husky game and someone was trying to re-​live his high school memories with loud late 70’s rock on the jukebox. When the games are on isn’t there an etiquette rule about jukebox? Or even better the bartender should have it way down or off.
I’ll give it another try but feel the Pour House is more enjoyable.

Simply put, the Sure Shot has everything you could ever want in a bar… ever. Did I say ever? Let’s say you’re out on the town, not sure what to do, but are looking to kick some ass. Stop into the Sure Shot, belly up to the bar, order a cremesicle, and enjoy some fabulous nachos! If that doesn’t fit your fancy, they have an extensive menu that ranges from tacos, to nachos, to taco-burritos…and beyond. Also a favorite stop for the avid jello shot lover! They offer at least 20 different flavors, of which at least one is sure to be available. And let’s not forget the fabulous locals! Hard working folks who are packed full of stories and tales of great adventures. Just be sure to get as drunk as possible as quickly as possible and you may even escape without a punch in the face.
