Love this place! Always a great variety of yogurt and fresh toppings to choose from. Unlike a lot of frozen yogurt shops I have been to, this place is so well organized and clean. It’s a great place to sit and relax and enjoy some awesome frozen yogurt!

The lady(owner), literally comes behind you the minute you get something out and FORCES you to stop and get the tail. She has such a sour face and stands behind the register just staring at you. It makes you not even want to eat there. Ive tried this place 3 times and it is like that every time. Then when you are done, she runs over and wipes it off. Also, any toppings she runs over and cleans that too. Its awful! STOPDOINGTHATLADY!!! Get a life!!! You will lose customers! You lost us.

The reason I rate this a one has nothing to do with the yogurt, I have been too several and never feels as uncomfortable as I do when I go to this one. The older lady that works there makes it uncomfortable by watching your every move and makes you get the«tail«she calls it, from each yogurt dispenser even if you didn’t get one from that particular dispenser, it’s almost as if she has a cleaning disorder she walks behind you making sure no messes are made and nicely but condescending comments about what you are doing wrong then says«Well it’s job security«, I will never go back there I will go to the one on The Ridge to feel at ease while eating comfort food. I will also spread the word.

I hate to give this place one star. The yogurt itself was quite good, but we will not be back. Here’s why. We are new residents of the area and were really excited about supporting local small business. I took my son(age 9) here this afternoon. We were pretty much the only ones in the store. The woman at the counter didn’t greet us when we walked in, but she did have plenty to say once we started getting our yogurt. After my son got some yogurt in his cup, she appeared behind us and said to him, «you forgot to get the tail! You need to get the rest of the yogurt from the machine» — there was that small amount left in the spout that is there whenever you pull the lever to get the yogurt out. So I showed him how to go over and scrape that small amount into his cup. Then he got some gummy bears on top. As I was deciding what to top mine with, this same woman shows up again and says, «Looks like you forgot some gummy bears!» Turns out a few had spilled onto the counter as he had tried to get them into his cup. REALLY, lady? We have been to a thousand froyo shops and have never been treated like cavepeople before this. My son is a very well-mannered, kind little boy. This woman really chapped my hide. This is not service. This is rudeness. It’s part of your job to clean up after your patrons, and to welcome them! When I went to pay, I made a point of telling her this was our first time trying this shop. She then warmed up and said, «Oh you should’ve told me, I would’ve given you a tour!» UGH. We won’t be back. Lots of froyo options in town — we’ll stick to those that treat us well.

This place is great. Lots of delicious flavors and toppings, it’s spacious with lots of seating and it’s very kid friendly. They have a special small table for kids, kids books and a TV with a kids movie on. In addition to that, the staff are really friendly and they serve espresso too. Prices are very reasonable. We paid $ 12 for our family of four when we went last week. We are huge Menchie’s fans but since moving to the Snoqualmie Valley we have been looking for a new fro yo spot and we definitely found it at The Swirl.
