Blanc New York Bakery & Cafe

Ever since they opened, this has been my favorite spot locally to get yummy pastries that are not loaded with so much sugar at a reasonable price. My favorite are the puff pastries filled with raspberry or guava filling with cream cheese.

I don’t know where to begin. Ah yes! The croquettes. How incredibly decadent. Wow. Filled with meaty goodness, the beef ones are delicious. Very creamy, flavorful, and so well-​seasoned. The chicken ones have jalapeños, which give it an incredible kick.
The coffee is fantastic. Solid cappuccinos every time. Now they carry soy milk. Everything I have had, has impressed. What a QUALITY local gem. Enjoy!

My parents took me to this place for a quick desert and snack. I was very impressed by the list of choices of deserts and they all taste great! Trust me you want to try this place

I love this place for special occasions and random sugar cravings. The staff is kind and professional. Parking is always an issue so if someone could drive around the block while you order then do so. The prices might seem a little high but it’s so worth it. &&& the cakes come with a plastic knife and candles which I totally love. Complete package!

Amazing is all i can say. I love this bakery it makes the best desserts around! Lightly sweet but full of flavor. I am 100% behind it and highly recommend the strawberry cake and the passion fruit mousse! Their to go containers are very well crafted. Go go go!

Blanc specializes in making one fine spectacular cup of iced coffee and they seem to carry the title of being pastry heaven. The bakery is super clean, cutely decorated, and extremely organized. It’s the perfect addition to Bergenline and I’m totally digging those gorgeous yummified cakes they have on display! On my way out I found out they have Bing soo and a variety of boba teas so I will indeed come back to this amazing place!

Everything we got was delish. The beef croquette, guava pastry, chocolate chip muffin, look forward to trying more.

I love this bakery! I mean seriously looove it. Not only does everything look beautiful, but they taste amazing… I go in and just go nuts, always leaving with a super dooper delicious bag of wonderfully textured and tasty baked goods as well as a couple pretty pink boxes filled with carefully packaged oreo tiramisus or fruit custards or whatever else catches my eye! I’m never disappointed whenever I try something new. I mean seriously– EVERYTHING tastes as good as it looks (I can’t emphasize that enough)! Great customer service as well. I just finished another oreo tiramisu and wish I had purchased more… Maybe I’ll stop by again later!

Omg I had a legit foodgasm eating here for brunch today.
Eyes rolled back and everything. Seriously.
I came for brunch because I was starving and wanted dessert for breakfast and didn’t want anything too heavy.
I filled the tray up for me and my boyfriend. I got the chicken croquette, beef croquette, chocolate tart thing, and the dulce de leche pastry. My bf got the hot dog croissant and for a drink we shared a large caramel frappé.
EVERYTHING WAS PHENEOMAL! I like this place because I could just pick things up and put them on my tray– no fuss and very quick.
The chicken and beef croquettes were amazing! They were like Korean empanadas. And they had a perfect balance of crunchy and savory! Ughhh to die for! The hotdog croissant was delicious (I ate half of my boyfriends– no regrets)
Now for the dessert. The chocolate tart literally made me stop and reevaluate my life. It was that good. The chocolate was light and creamy and the tart was perfect! Not too sweet and just the right texture. The dulce de leche pastry was equally as amazing and that filling was just mind blowing. I ate half of both and had to take some home for later cause it was THAT GOOD. Now I am laying down after such a satisfying meal and for the first time writing a review as soon as I got home– I usually have a week delay. Oh and that caramel frappé was a great size for the price and very very delicious and refreshing. I came here HANGRY (hungry and angry) and I came out like a little girl who just visited a candy store :) go here now! So happy I live a few blocks away!

Nice place with different cakes you do see around here. I recommend the green tea tiramisu but it’s all good.

New place opened up its nice and very clean the girls that work here are very helpful and nice the have all different kinds of cakes and bread and it tastes good

Great bakery for loose sweets and whole cakes. Very well made using fresh ingredients and the presentation and packaging is top notch. The area needed this place. Staff has been very nice to us on all our visits. Prices are reasonable. I recommend!

Babyshower cake was delicious and did what they said they would do. They even went out of their way and made the cake with my specific colors and design. And their cake pops are Awesome!!! If u want a cake that won’t go to the garbage this is it!!!

The cakes are beautifully decorated and everything looks fabulous! I’m so happy this is new in town!

Another reviewer had it right: this place truly is a gem.
Their baked goods are fantastic. Everything from the little twist sugar donuts to the beautiful cakes. The coffee is definitely a cut above most other coffee shops you’ll go to. The bubble tea is also worth getting. I was getting one a week when they first opened on hotter days — try the frozen taro bubble tea.
Overall, it’s a really great little establishment. Clean, cute, delicious, and reasonable. What more could you want?

Cakes looks great, place looks very inviting and clean but small inside. Staff is not very helpfull.
Tried few items tastes good but customer relationship needs improvement. Baker is good but they need front management

A real gem in the neighborhood, this upscale bakery and Café features delicious tiramisu, strawberry shortcake, great espresso drinks, and bubble tea all at reasonable prices.

Saw this place on my way back from work with my boyfriend… we realized it was a recent grand opening so we decided to stop in.
Located right on bergenline… It’s a nice Korean owned bakery that is full of desserts, bread, cookies and coffee. The inside looked clean and welcoming.
There were places to sit both upstairs and downstairs.
Like the previous review, they play EDM music for background music which I found to be pretty cool.
All of the small desserts and cakes were displayed once you walk in and each and every one of them looked absolutely delicious and decorated beautifully! The frostings looked extremely fluffy and smooth.
It was hard to choose exactly what we wanted. I wound up getting the chocolate earl gray (mainly a small chocolate moose cake), my boyfriend got the tiramisu cup and we decided to get my
Boyfriends mom the the tres leches.
They were packaged up in nice boxes and the total for the three desserts was $ 18.03.
The tres leches came with a fresh strawberry on top and the chocolate earl gray came with fresh strawberries. Raspberries and blueberries.
We all had to sample one another’s and they were all delicious! Not too sugary, extremely light and flavorful. The home run was the tres leches, that one literally melted in Your mouth. I plan on coming back here in the future to get cakes for the holiday season and to sample more of what they have to offer! If your in the area I definitely suggest stopping by this place.

What a cool concept for a bakery… you serve yourself while EDM plays in the background. Idk if this is a morning thing to wake people up but I like it. The pastries are amazing! They have this ham and cheese sandwich sort of thing (the bread is so soft and fluffy) and it has this aioli on it that I now crave all the time.
The green tea milkshake is AWESOME! Only downfall is they aren’t quite sure yet how to be fast an efficient in making them as it took a long time to get. This might be because they are new. I also got their custard pastry which was so light and delicious I could eat a whole box. They also make cakes. It’s Korean owned and operated so the cakes are what you would expect from a Korean bakery. Really beautiful and so much detail.
