This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every single time I come here they act like I’m a bother and always fill my cup to the top with ice and barely any coffee. They barely speak English and always have an attitude. They ruin my food order literally every other time. The only employee who does a good job is the Hispanic woman who works afternoons. Please fire every one else and get a happy hardworking English speaking staff.

I’m so beyond annoyed. I never buy breakfast out, but I promised someone DD breakfast. I ordered three bagels with cream cheese, NOT TOASTED. My receipt even SAYS NOT TOASTED. I don’t want the cheese melting, AND it’s quicker. I wait forever even though there was no one in front of me when I walked in. Well, once I checked, The bagels were ALL toasted and with barely ANY cream cheese. The lady at the register had asked if I wanted hash browns. I say sure and PAY for hash browns. I’m in a rush in the morning. The guy who gives me the bag of bagels says, «three bagels?» I said, «and hash browns,» to which he nods. NO HASH BROWNS in my bag! I’m a teacher. I can’t leave the school building once I’m in here. I can’t just go get another breakfast.

This Dunkin Donuts is a prime example why I much rather spend my money at starbucks. I Came here around 6AM after the gym. Since it was early it was pretty slow, there was only one other customer so I figured «there’s no way they can mess up my order» of course I was wrong. I ordered a medium ice coffee with 3 pumps of caramel, cream no sugar. ALL WRONG. Also asked for a everything bagel, with veggie cc, toasted and cut in half. Wrong again. Glad I actually had time to check it because there has been times I’m in a rush and have ended up with the wrong order. I told the staff and they quickly gave me an attitude and seemed annoyed to have to fix it. Well if they would pay ATTENTION in the first place then they wouldn’t have to do their job TWICE. With that being said, I won’t be coming here again.
