My favorite 5 guys location. Have always been satisfied with the service. I have been to at least 10 different 5 guys and this is the location that stands out above most. All workers seem happy to be there and the crew seems to be very loyal so it looks like they’re doing something right.

Back in my college days(years ago), a 5 Guys had opened up near campus and I remembered all the clamor from my friends and students about how great their burgers were. Fast forward a few years, while working at my first post-grad job, I decided to finally see what all the hype was about. I was very disappointed, 5 guys is merely another over-hyped burger chain. Their burgers taste exactly like Wendy’s burgers to me. Don’t get me wrong, I love Wendy’s(it’s my go-to fast food), but this establishment parades their food reviews all over their wall as if they’re a cut above fast-food. My taste buds beg to differ.

First time having 5 guys. The service could’ve been much better. I was the only one in there but still the cashier managed to have a side conversation while taking my order. I had a hamburger with Cajun fries. Everything was ok.

Service is always great when I get there. Fast, accurate and good food! Employees seem to always be doing their job and cleaning or tending to customers.

I should have been suspicious when my order was ready so quickly. They clearly gave me a burger that had been pre-cooked and was hanging out on the griddle, because it was very dry(same as another reviewer’s complaint). Pretty much no flavor. And the«lettuce» was a couple of thick white shards from the stem part of a head of Iceberg. Very disappointing, and I will definitely not go back. Nice people, but not worth a visit.

Heard about this place being super awesome(allegedly)… It’s all a hype honestly the food was regular. Nothing extravagant… Shake shack is much better. I wasn’t «wowed» by the service either. Doubt I’ll ever go back.

Got two cheeseburgers and fries to go. Got home and the buns were burnt to the point it wasn’t edible. Didn’t want to drive all the way back so I just made something to eat at home. Next time I went I explained the situation to the fat kid with blonde hair and cheap tattoos. He said there was nothing they could do. I spent over $ 20.00 for food and was only able to eat the fries. Never going again they don’t care about the quality of their food or the customers experience.

This place absolutely has GREAT customer service and the employees are well trained. I saw one of the staff members sneeze. I sneezed into his elbow, took off his gloves and washed his hands and put new gloves on. PERFECT! Then they were kind enough to bring me my burger when I didn’t hear my order being called. On top of that absolutely the BESTBURGER I have ever tasted. Go there!

It’s been two to three years since I last ate Five Guys. So not sure if this location was a miss or Five Guys has gone down hill. But my boyfriend and I were very disappointed with our burgers. The burgers were pretty dry. I know Five Guys prepare their burgers«well done». But in the past, it was always juicy and well done. This time, they were well done and dry, even with bbq sauce and toppings. Both my boyfriend and I agreed that the burger wasn’t the same as the past. Luckily, the fries are still good. And I love the peanuts. Sadly, the place wasn’t too clean. My boyfriend had to wipe clean the table before we sat down. There were peanut shells all over the floor. We were there 5pm on a Sunday, and around 6pm, a female staff started to sweep the floor. But on the plus side, the bathroom was clean. Moral of the story, the burgers are DRYDRYDRY! Side note: Seems Daniel H. had the same experience back in 2013. Get it together Five Guys!

Bite the fry the fry bites back my man! Crispity crunch! DAYUMDAYUMDAYUM(if you don’t know what that’s from please search for it on YouTube, you won’t regret it) The food was yummy, the music playing was perfect, the customer service was spot on. A very good five guys :) I will be back for sure.

Sunday lunch at Five Guys Burger and Fries was good. Well done but juicy and tasty hamburgers cooked to order. One complaint. No one cleaning up the tables. Looked like a hamburger war had just ended.

I always heard everyone going on and on about 5 guys, so I decided to try it… almost immediately after a few bites in I thought to myself, «a bad choice was made here today». Not only was the burger dry, but there weren’t any different options for cheese, their toppings weren’t anything special and the fries were just greasy and slightly burnt tasting. I sat there, next to a sack of peanuts, and really wished I had spent the money ANYWHERE else, heck, even White Castle is better than that… and those things are squishy little doom burgers(tasty little doom burgers mind you). Anyway, I will never, ever, ever go back to 5 guys again.

Well Cooked burger? YUCK! «But it’s juicy … okay i’ll try it…» «…picking up teeth from table from dry burger, « That being said, burgers are Well Done, and 9⁄10 times super dry unless they douse it in mayo, toppings are not bad, fries are actually good — soda machine is pretty cool. Burger? go to Burger King get a whopper, it just tastes better & won’t break the bank, sorry Five Guys…

Always on point. But then again, I have never been to a Five Guys that was disappointing. They have the best burger I think I have ever eaten. The guys here are always friendly, and courteous.

Over the years I have learned to eat healthy.(Right now I’m on a kick where I’m exploring LA’s food scene. So my health kick is on an indefinite hiatus) I found out about 5 guys when I still lived in jersey. I dont know why people talk about greasy food like it is bad. I am the same kid that at 8 years old used to order his cheese burgers at the Palisades Park Pool«EXTRAGREASY» Let me get that EXTRAGREASY. The same dude who once upon a time told his Greek family«I don’t see the point of breaking fast with Lamb on Easter. We should drive to Philadelphia and break fast with Cheesesteaks! And I’m all Growed up now. So yea … 5 guys? Right up my ally! I personally think it edges out«In N Out«Burger. Its a REALLY good burger!

I kept hearing people rave about this place so I decided to give it a try to check out the hype. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, and mushroom with a fairly large amount of SMALL fries on the side. When I think greasy burger, I think Shake Shack. Not to fancy. Just greasy and juicy. Five guys burger was definitely greasy but ‘dry’. The meat, juice and grease somehow failed to co-mingle into the awesome combination that sends you to heaven and back with a heart attack. With that said, if I have to put my heart through any hardship, I will go for Shake Shack instead. This place is not worth the calories.

The burgers are fantastic! You can only get them well done but you get to pick your toppings(all free). Free refills on all fountain drinks too but that’s as good ad it gets. There isn’t much variety on their menu other than hot dogs and their fries aren’t that great which explains why they practically double your fry order when they serve up your food. Actually, they have a lot of fries(there are bags and bags of fries stacked as you walked in). At least they have free peanuts while you wait.
