Ob/Gyn Associates

Truth be told I love Dr. Gutierrez. but the office staff (Clifton office) absolutely useless. I made my yearly appointment and gave my insurance info to the girl on the phone. when I got there a girl at the front desk which by the way looked like she was heading to a club with the amount of make up on her face said with attitude «oh sorry we don’t take your insurance we tried to call you» which is a complete lie. Then she says well the girl who made your appointment didn’t know. I’ve been in the medical billing field for 15 yrs and if you work at a Dr’s office you should be very aware of what carrier you participate with instead of wasting people’s valuable time. Let me make myself very clear when I say this rating is not for the Doctors it’s for THE STAFF. GET IT TOGETHER!

There is always a ONE HOUR wait every time I go there, even though I show up at least 15 minutes before my appointment.
The doctor I had asks patients to come in and discuss results, something that can easily be said in one sentence over the phone.
