The worse service ever. Sales person was extremely inattentive to the main reason I came there. Only interested in selling me a promotion I would have to pay $ 50 a month for the next 2 yrs. disgusted!

I would’ve stayed with T-mobile if I would’ve known Sprite would increase my bill every month!

My phone broke while traveling and I went to he nearest Sprint store. They were very friendly and I did not have to wait long. Except that they literally lied about everything. Here are the details. They told me that if I got a new phone instead of fixing my old one, they would give me: $ 50 credit, free speaker, free case, free screen protector. And that activation fee would be waived because I was a loyal(over five years) customer. They had me sign a little digital screen that had no terms on it. Everything was gone over orally. I told him that I couldn’t bring the speaker home because I was on an airplane. He told me to give it to a friend and that they just had a lot so that’s why it was a promotion. All I had to pay on the speaker was tax from the pretend price. I get my bill a month later. The activation fee was not supposed to be waived(Sprint did so anyway because I was lied to). The«free» speaker cost $ 225(the case and screen protector is unclear if that’s part of the $ 225 or if they were indeed«free»). The $ 50 credit was supposed to be toward the $ 225 speaker(so I guess that means the«free» speaker was«only» $ 175 – except the $ 50 was supposed to be extra). And yeah I gave the speaker away because it was too big to fit on the plane. I am trying to resolve this with Sprint, who I have always found to be honorable, but stay the heck away from this store(each store is its own business).

I visited your sprint store yesterday so I can add a line or start a new contract for my son(we wanted to know what our best options were). We had a scheduled appointment for 11. The Cust Serv rep AB if not mistaken was still assisting another customer so I opted to get help from your next available store rep. THEBIGGEST mistake ever!!! I have never been witness to such horrible customer service besides the fact that he asked me if he smelled like weed. I gave him the benefit of continuing to accept his help me being a(online retail Cust Serv myself) and know how hard it can be for them, but by far the worst experience ever. I repeatedly informed him that I was not understanding what type of offer he was giving me(he was just pricing quotes that is it) in which he replied that it does not matter to him whether or not I followed through with what he was offering me. After I explained to him again that I was not understanding what he was saying I told him to never mind he proceeded to tell me that I had to pay a restocking fee??? If I wasn’t already in a contract with you guys I would have honestly ended it right then and there. I must say I have heard many stories from customers(not from your company) of how they are treated at the retail level and I always kind of doubted them to some extent but wow do I believe them now

I recently upgraded my IPhone 4 to a 4S. I always do research on their site before making a purchase. I have been to this store asking questions about upgrading the pros/cons of different phones. Anytime I have issues, they are always very helpful and friendly. The service is very quick and they explain everything they do and make suggestions. If possible, try to come early in the morning when it is the least busy as compared to the weekends.

Has to be one of the worst sprint stores i have ever been to, customer service is nonexistent! wanted to buy a new phone, i was coming over from verizon and i was standing around for 40 mins waiting for someone to help me… i told an employee that i wanted to buy a new phone and said he would be right with me, 30 mins later still nothing…1 hr and 10 mins of not being help when there were only 6 other people in the store!!! one employee was on his phone not helping anyone and the other person was on the computer infront of the store the entire time not help anyone! i decided to not even bother with sprint as a company and stay with verizon because if i am going to pay money for a cell phone i would like a little customer service! DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE, they are slow, employees dont work.
