I wish I could give zero stars. I have been to this Subway twice. Both times I was with my husband, and I was the one paying each time(visible cash in hand prior to ordering). Both times the male worker ignored me and only spoke to/made eye contact with my husband. Even as I was the one in front of him in line ready to order and even as I stood at the cash register. Each time he said«I have coupons for you Sir» and made eye contact with my husband and handed the coupons to him. It took over 10 minutes to get two 6 inch sandwiches and I had to ask for the bacon on my sandwich to be heated up first. I thought the first experience was a fluke but after the second visit being the same way I am thinking this is just their poor customer service and their dislike of women in general. I would rather skip lunch than spend another dime here.

Walked in and nobody helped me. I stood there for at least 5 – 6 minutes and when the employee walked over he seemed annoyed. I just walked out and left.

No star rating. It’s located at a high end rental complex. You’d think the employee especially one would be well mannered. My brother with autism came in to order a sub(trying to learn independence) when the employee yelled, made fun, and took his sub overly poured mayo, oil, vinegar. And took advantage that he could not defend himself. He humiliated him and showed no remorse when confronted what he did. I can honestly say this is my first bad review on any business but I assure you I will be spreading the word how disgusting the people who work here are! I will continue to post and repost. Unilocal has us review based on experience and this was mine. Yet to hear a real apology but I know once the better business bureau gets involved that will change. Do not support this store, do not support subway.
