This place is pretty.good. okay customer service. I don’t shop here much because there are several other beauty supply stores for licensed cosmologists, that sell professional products. But if I need certain things I come here.

The short girl Agata that works there in the morning is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to customers. She accused a customer of shoplifting and demanded to look in her bag. That customer didn’t steal anything and got accused and belittled for nothing. Shame on Sally beauty for keeping this employee. The other employee Barbara is so wonderful and helpful! Always smiling and happy. This is what you expect when u shop, not to be accused of something you didn’t do. I recommend you fire that employee.
