So during the week following that visit, I had to jump my car twice after work on consecutive days even though the weather has been in the 70s. It’s the cold weather that’s the problem? Must be a tropical battery. Anyway, my boyfriend spoke to Tony, the district manager, who said he would arrange with the store to have the battery replaced. I called on my way home from work and spoke to Amber who told me to come in and they’d take care of it, no questions asked. Even though I couldn’t make it there until 45 min before they closed she was very polite and helpful and popped the old one out and the new one in and I was good to go. So 5 stars to them for rectifying the issue and good customer service. Hopefully 3^rd time is a charm!

Never really had a problem here. There was one large redneck-looking man who worked here who was condescending to me once, but I don’t think he works there anymore, which is good. And another time a worker didn’t give me all the light bulbs I needed for my car, but no big deal because she still was helpful and courteous.
One man there even helped me by showing me how to put tire covers on my car, which was nice.
