I’m astonished at the lack of cleanliness, and at the quality of the food. More than that, I was truly surprised to see how they treat their customers. I don’t come to this location often, but going to regal I decided to grab a pizza to go, and received the dirtiest look from the female cashier ever. Look I understand everyone has long days, but I could let you let you off for that. The next, I went into the bathroom to use the toilet and I looked like a scene out of saw. The place is extremely underlit, and the tables are NOT clean, God know what’s on their silverware. And then to top it off, this was the worst excuse for Pizza I’ve seen in a while, and I’m ok with Pizza Hut, most of their locations are the exact opposite. I’ve had such a horrendous time at this specific location, I would highly encourage you to take your money and spend it at the Buffalo Wild Wings next door. It was a waste of money and your time, truly disappointed with where this brand is headed if this is an example of their service and quality.(Btw I speak with 20+ years of brand marketing experience)

More like 0 to negative stars for this place. Service was beyond TERRIBLE. Lady comes to take our order about 10 – 15 minutes after being seated but NO menus given to us. Goes to get us the menu and probably forgot about us. We had to go to the counter to ask if we can place our order. Lady tells us that there are only three of them working and were busy. THEREWEREONLYTWOOCCUPIEDTABLESINCLUDINGOURS. Drinks never come, once again visit to the counter to ask for drinks. They look at my wife like«you want your drinks!!!» Need to improve service to survive. Would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings next door or CiCis pizza right down the road. Staff felt bad for the experience and comped a dessert.

Have you ever walked into a restaurant only to be greeted by tense employees and stared at by predatory customers? «Welcome to Pizza Hut… please take a seat… PLEEEEASE! Your waiter will be there.» I came here with my friend last night because we’re poor college students who didn’t want to drive a long way to get food(especially during hurricane season). As soon as I walked in, I knew there was something creepy about the place. It looked like the kind of place where you could get a cheap surgery from a «doctor» who advertised on craigslist. Everyone in there(including the staff) was either nervous, defensive, or terrified. This was the perfect place to make a Darwinian observation of human nature. Survival of the fittest. WTF? This is a fast food pizza place, right? Wrong. You have to sit down, try to relax and get comfortable(not happening), and wait 35 minutes for even the smallest pan pizza on the menu. That little pepperoni pan pizza hit the spot, though. It was probably the best part of this experience. When the waiter brought them out, he apologized several times and thanked us for waiting too long. I feel bad for him because it doesn’t take a genius to notice that he’s stressed, nervous, and somewhat terrified of the customers. I hope he reads this review and looks for a new job, because it’s definitely not for him. This is a dead end pizza joint.

My experience with this Pizza Hut location prompted me to create a Unilocal to share and forewarn other customers. . If I could rate this place with negative stars, I would. I placed an online order yesterday 9÷21÷15 at 7:52pm for delivery of a big box dinner at 9:00pm. I literally live 11 minutes from this pizza hit but was hosting a meeting so I tried delivery in order to multitask. At 9:07pm my food had not yet been delivered but I was not worried until 9:38pm when my food still had not yet been delivered. Mind you, this location closes at 10pm. I used to work in a restaurant and if a customer placed an order for delivery at 9pm, that means it should be on the cat with all other orders going out at 8:35/8:45pm at the latest. At this point, it is 9:45pm and I’m getting ready for bed. Not even hungry anymore. I called and spoke to someone that just lied repeatedly. «We only have one driver and they are only allowed to take two deliveries at a time… Oh yes, you live here right? Your food just came out the oven and it sitting in the warmer… I’ll call you when he comes and puts your food in the car.» PAUSE… If my food was suppose to be delivered at 9pm why in the work would it just be coming out of the oven at 9:47pm? I said ok and hung up, then decided to just drive there and get it myself since I don’t trust them at this point to do my refund appropriately. I get on Rte 1 and not even 3 minutes later, the delivery guy is calling my phone back to back asking me where I am and he is lost but he is sitting outside of my building. I rush back home and start asking questions to verify the lies that Ana(or whatever her name is) at the store had told me. «How many orders can you carry?» ‘5 to 6′ «Okay, I appear to be the only delivery in your car since there are no other empty warming bags in there, did you just come from the store?» ‘*looks like a deer caught in headlights* can I just say something?’ «I’ll just take my order please.» He proceeded to pull my solo order out of his car which was, missing items, and my food was stone cold so I decline it. So much for«just out of the oven and in the warmer». I called Pizza Hut back to tell them I declined the order at 9:55pm and was greeted with«this is Pizza Hut we’re about to close». I requested to speak with a manager about the ordeal and requested a refund. He asked for my card number again(which I did not give because I do not have to, my order number and information is already in the system. Like I said, I don’t trust them at this point especially since I’ve been burned by several restaurants here before double and triple charging me). He pulled up my order by my phone number and stated he had placed a cancel. I’m usually not a hostile customer because as a former server, I understand that things happen. However, what I don’t appreciate are liars and poor customer service.

Service — 0 stars Food — 3 stars Ambiance– 3 stars To begin with service, there is unfortunately absolutely no service. I don’t think it’s the server’s fault, but mainly the management’s because there are times when the dining area is completely packed during lunch time, and only one server is running around serving all the tables. Due to the lack of staff, the service is impossible to be good. Food orders and food deliveries are delayed. Attention and care are lacking. The food is surprising rather inconsistent here. For a summer, I came here almost every other day for a month for lunch, but I got sick of it after a while mainly because the quality of the food is not satisfying. It’s not bad once in a while for a quick fix, but it cannot be eaten too often. I’ve gotten the cheesy breads, wings, fries, and pizza. The picture of fries look mouth watering on the menu but when the basket came out, the fries were overcooked in the dryer and somewhat burnt. I didn’t complain because I was starving, and it took them long enough to take it out. I didn’t want and couldn’t stay any longer since I had a timed lunch break. The cheesy bread wasn’t bad the first time I ate it, but when I ate it again a week later… it tasted like cardboard. Tasteless and bland. The wings were the worst! Seriously, just go to Buffalo Wild Wings next door. The meat tasted funky, and the wings were very fat. The sauce was sloppily mixed with the chicken. It didn’t look appealing. For a quick fix, once in a while meal, it’s okay, but don’t expect much.

Worst service ever. The most incompetent group of people work here Ordered pizza online. They tried to give us the wrong pizza. Then told us to wait 8 mins for the pizza. And 30 mins later I’m still waiting for the pizza to be halfway done. Do not go here and avoid yourself the annoyance of dealing with these people. worst pizza place ever.

I can’t believe all the Negative reviews, I always order online via pizza hut app on my Android phone, and never had an Issue, I’ve never at there at the restaurant. They have a new staff, very friendly. I place the order online and it done between 15 to 20 min. never an issue. it gets crowded on a friday night like everywhere else does. if it was so bad as people say it is why are they still in business? I’ve been going there for quiet some time, never a disappoint. I’ve tried every combination with the new crust, Honey Sriaccha bing my favorite. never a disappoint. I’ve tried local places in the Somerset area, either they have a watery sauce or salty mix. no thanks. As I said I took 1 star away because It’s busy and the wait is long, but that is business.

It’s sad how over the years this place just keeps climbing down the ladder. Every time I give this place a chance, I still walk out feeling disappointed. I’ve honestly stopped giving them chances to change my mind. The food tastes terrible. The dough is always dry and has no flavor. I even tried that pretzel crust– absolutely miserable. Everything I ate pizza wise, tasted like I was eating cardboard. The toppings are terrible. Their garlic bread looks and tastes disgusting. Their boneless wings — all I can taste is the hot sauce, the meat tasted fake. I didn’t have one item to speak highly of. It’s so sad. They honestly ruined my experience of trying any Pizza Hut.

Three chances I gave this location to better themselves. Shame on me right? Completely incompetent employees here, not to mention rude. This time I was told that the address I was giving for delivery was wrong this time and had to be put on hold. True story bro. The two times I ordered before delivery took over two hours and they forgot the soda by the time they got there and the second time was the pick up and that took almost an hour and a half.

I gave this place a couple chances but the verdict is still the same: disgusting. The crust is consistently raw/undercooked, they skimp on toppings, and the whole place is just so dirty it feels like you’re sitting inside one of their greasy pans. This Pizza Hut is the reason I don’t eat Pizza Hut anymore.

I totally agree with all the negative comments this place is a nightmare I stopped ordering delivery because it took too long I decided to order carry out online it said my order will be ready in 15 min. Went there after 20 min. Was not ready had to wait another 20 min to get my order and the staff is so rude they don’t care how long u waiting for Pizza Hut should close or change the management at this location

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This establishment is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut chain. I’ve ordered delivery from this location five times and every single time, something has gone wrong. The worst has been waiting 2 hours(no joke) for all my order to arrive because for some reason, the delivery guy likes to make half order deliveries. He says it’s the kitchen’s fault, but does anyone really know what goes on in this place? The manager is about as useless as a McDonald’s high school drop out worker. Please do us a favor, shut down, and let another successful restaurant open its doors in your place.

We haven’t dined in a Pizza Hut for years but I’ve always been a fan of their pizza. After a hectic and long commute trying to get home from NYC we stumbled upon this location and the craving for pizza hit. First off it was lunchtime on a weekday and this location is in an area with other restaurants and shops so we expected a full house. Boy were we wrong. Upon entering the place looked deserted, only one table was occupied with customers. The young employees were standing around chatting and texting among themselves by far outnumbered the customers. Given that they were slow and there were plenty of employees to greet/seat us we clearly were not their first priority. After standing there awkwardly for a few minutes we were finally acknowledged when I made a loud comment that we should seat ourselves. Service just went downhill from there. We were given menus but only after about 10 minutes watching our waitress converse at the counter with other employees then we ultimately had to flag her over to take our order. We flagged down another employee to refill the paper towels on the table that should have been seen when the first waitress came over. The wait for our order took forever. I don’t know what the hold up was as there was only 4 customers total in the restaurant at this point and the other couple already had their food. The food however was hot and delicious and just as we remembered. We asked for a box right away and it never came. After eating we also sat there awkwardly again waiting for our check. It never came. Instead I had to approach the employees still hanging out at the counter for it. From the time we entered till the time we left only one other couple came in to dine along with the already occupied table of 2. Considering that they were clearly not busy and all standing around goofing off customer service should have been prompt and efficient. Instead from the moment we walked in we felt like we were«interrupting their day». Did I mention that the bathrooms were clogged and in need of attention? I feel like I was generous with my star rating and that was only because the pizza was good as service was some of the poorest we’ve ever experienced.

WOW! Reading these reviews makes me nostalgic. Brings back memories of sticking to the seats and tables there ah, good times, good times. Can’t remember how the service was being as the first and last time I was at this location was probably 12 plus years ago. It was so disgusting and filthy then that we vowed never ever to return. I read the reviews saying that they don’t know how this place is not shut down. Hasn’t been in all these years. We frequented the one in South Brunswick for years before it was closed and replaced with a Friendlys, never ever at that location had a problem with food or service. Then we decided to go to the one in North Brunswick when they opened. Again our experience was the same a decade ago, disgusting, filthy, and if I can remember correctly very inattentive staff. If I was a township official I would look into the fact that may be a health department inspector may be getting paid off to pass this place. It hasn’t changed in years so something sounds fishy here and probably smells that way too! Don’t know if this place is a franchise or not. But I think that corporate needs to get involved seriously they are losing a large customer base in this highly populated area.

First of all, this location does not have a children’s menu. Really? Second, my daughter wanted chocolate milk. Another no go. When I asked if they had any juice I was told we have fruit punch. Might as well as said we have soda only for kids. Had to settle for water. The place is dirty and not well run. We ordered breadsticks as an app. Never came. We finally got our pizza which wasn’t too bad but then didn’t see our waitress again until way after we were done eating and my husband had to go find her for the check. I won’t even get into how disgusting the bathrooms are. I’m sorry but this dump must be going out of business.

Let me start by quoting the indelible Dante Alighieri. «Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.» We were forced to come in here after being spurned by the long wait at the adjacent Buffalo Wild Wings. Were we not desperate and starving we could’ve just driven somewhere else. This place fails by every metric a restaurant could be evaluated by. The first thing that greets you as you walk through the door is the smell of cheese, cheese that is past its prime. I assume this is because they have an open kitchen at the storefront. Why they would put the entrance right next to the smelly kitchen, that I do not know. Eventually after standing around we seated ourselves since it became apparent that no one was going to seat us. Eventually a waiter came by and took our order.(wings/pizza) After a very long wait we were served our pizza. This pizza was bad even by Pizza Hut standards. The only thing that was good about it was the crust. Somehow despite having 6 toppings it still tasted bland and it had a very doughy texture as if very close to being undercooked. The waiter never brought us our check, which made paying kind of confusing since you pay at a register at the storefront. The cashier had to go find the waiter and get the orders from him. All in all not a good time. Verdict: AVOID

Avoid this location at all costs!!! There needs to be negative star ratings for places like this. I’ve come here probably 4 – 5 times within the past 3 year span and there has not been one time where I have not been disappointed with their service. I keep thinking, maybe the service will improve, but employees have changed, but still the same horrendous service. Who hires these people?! Today, I called in asking if there was a buffet(as other location usually have lunch buffets), the young lady said no and abruptly hung up on me. My family and I were set on Pizza Hut and decided to go in anyway. And guess who was my waitress — the same woman who hung on me on earlier! I gave her the benefit of the doubt and pleasantly ordered a pizza, with light cheese. What did we get? Extra cheese Not only that but, she didn’t check up on us even once. She didn’t refill our empty drinks. She didn’t bring out the check until I went up to the counter(where she was standing around texting). I could understand some of these things if the place was busy, but we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant the entire time! Sadly, this wasn’t the first time I had such horrible service here. Last year, I came with family and the service was even worse — the waitress forgot parts of our order, brought out the wrong drinks, told us to finish the current drinks so she could refill them with something else(even though she made the mistake), slow service, rude, and it took her over 20 minutes to just bring out the check! These weren’t even the only 2 times I had bad experiences here. It was each and every time I’ve been here. I’m surprised that this place hasn’t been shut down yet because not only does the service suck, but it’s grimy. Tables not properly cleaned, utensils still had residue on them, sticky couches, etc. I wouldn’t come back here if you paid me.
