We called Proactive in hopes that they could resolve our bedbug infestation at our home. The person we spoke with was James and he reassured us that he could resolve this problem within two service visits. He was very knowledgeable and professional so we hired him and took the shot. It also helped that he was affordable compared to some of the other companies we had called.
Well it’s been one month since our 2^nd service and so far so we haven’t had one sighting. The preparation was tough to ready our home for the service but James told us that the preparation was a key factor in resolving this issue. Thanks Proactive and thank you James. We will always highly recommend you guys.
