Uncle Bob’s Self Storage

My friend recently experienced something of a living space crisis (being a college student and all) and needed a place to temporarily store her furniture. She arranged to use their new truck (which is free for the first 25 miles) and due to some confusion over the phone we had arrived a half hour after closing. The Manager Rich and his co-​worker Steven were very understanding and welcomed us in despite being after hours (on what also felt like the hottest day all year). Rich patiently guided us through the paperwork while Steven worked outside to prepare the storage unit. He was kind in noting how we could save money by remembering to refill the tank and return paperwork by certain dates. Having had moved 10+ times myself while dealing with several other self-​storage facilities I can confidently say this is by far one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The location is clean, well lit, has plenty of security cameras and is in a very theft-​unfriendly location due to frequenting by local police. Thanks again for all your help Rich and Steve!
