Today was the very worst experience I ever had at the Cozzens Lane store. The Assistant Manager– Vanessa was dismissive and provided little help to a store packed with customers. One guy even commented on the long wait and indicated that she should in fact assist some customers. She sarcastically thanked him and continued to lean against one of the displays. What was most insulting AND ironic– she was on her own phone instead of helping customers! This location MUST do better!

Under staffed at times. Waited an hour to be helped. General manager stood around with hands in pocket as door greeter texted. As it got close to closing time she said“I can help you, now that the door is locked”. Probably won’t go back to them even though it’s close.

After having very negative experiences with the East Brunswick store, I decided to start coming here. Sometimes there is a crowd, but there is always a proper amount of staff working to speed the process along. When I brought my mother into the store, they were able to be very patient with her explaining all of the terms and functions of the phones which she knew nothing about. As for me, I have always been treated very well, and whenever I come in with a problem they are quick to have an answer for me. They also make the proper notes on the account so if the problem repeats, we just pick up where I left off. Phone stores are usually a painful experience for me, but I don’t mind coming here! I would definitely recommend this location to other people looking.

Horrible service. I bought an iPhone 5s today and the lady at the desk turned her radio up full blast as I’m talking to her. There were not many people in the store for a Sunday afternoon and I think I know why… the experience is just painful. I actually left the store and now cannot use my phone because I wasn’t given a SIM card or instructed how to activate my phone. If you want a much better experience and can travel to So Plainfield quickly go over there and skip this place.

Worst customer service ever. 1. Droid DNA was on a display and would not work! How is customer supposed to purchase a product without looking at it. More over, Sales rep didn’t really care much. 2. Spoke with at least 3 sales rep. They all were careless and they had very little interest in our questions 3. One of the sales rep would just yawn and stretch while talking to us. I was in disbelief experiencing this kind of customer service 4. They weren’t good promotions on the phone anyway. so I would rather go to Best Buy or radio shack or amazon!

Worst customer service ever. i came in to return an iPhone sync cable. The guy behind the counter said he would help me so i followed him to an open register but he couldn’t login so without saying anything, he just leaves. He goes back to his original seat and starts playing with his phone. i’m staring at him for like 3 – 4 minutes and then i say… «is someone going to help me?» he doesn’t even look up at me so i go to him and and say. am i suppose to just stand here and wait? he finally looks up and says. i can’t login. your going to have to ask someone else to help you. WTF. so i walk off and look for someone else on my own. I’ll never be back here again.

I tried to purchase a new smartphone. Went in on a Saturday and due to time constraints couldn’t finish up. Made an appointment with the manager to come back on Monday because he was off on Sunday. Guess what .the price of the phone had gone up $ 100.00 and the manager wouldn’t honor the price we agreeed upon. I called customer service twice and talked to the manager 3 times with no success. Not a happy consumer. You would think a company that big would honor a verbal agreement and make a very good customer happy. but no such luck. If verizon service wasn’t the best cell service out there and I have so many products with them would consider changing. I guess I wait until the next sale. But they are loosing money on me in the meantime. Makes no sense.

Came here to transfer over to a new service provider. My sales person made it a swift & easy transaction. I haven’t had to return to the store since because Verizon let’s you do pretty much everything online. The area is a busy one. The jug handle from Cozzens Lane to Route One backs up from time to time so it may not be good to be around during rush hour.

If I were the one working when a customer walked in at 8:53pm, 7 minutes ahead of closing time, I doubt that I could have mustered up half of the kindness that I was greeted with at this Verizon store last night. A big thanks to Rahim for quickly and efficiently replacing my 3rd busted Blackberry Storm(and lament with me on what a piece of crap that phone is), and to the other guys for being funny and friendly. 15 minutes in and out, good conversation, and a brand new(but still crappy) phone. These guys deal with raving, screaming lunatics all the time, and I give them a lotta credit for keeping their heads on straight. Really good experience.
