I’m shocked by the first review below. I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand, no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues –all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the North Canton area & my friend recommended this dentist office. I set up an appointment & when I walked in, gave my insurance card, I was hounded with a bunch of insurance questions like «what is your insurance billing address?» «How do I get ahold of them?» «Who is going to pay if they don’t?» Wow… Once That was settled and it was my turn, I was greeted by a COLD hygienist that could not care less about my first visit. I sit in the chair and she asks me «so, why are you here?» (((Why am I here???))) I told her I set up the appointment for an exam and 6 month cleaning. She said they needed to do X-​rays first. After that, the dentist came in and talked about the X-​rays and the work I should have done. Then I was told they didn’t have time for a cleaning but They had an opening for one later in the day. I left & decided that I’ll drive 2 hours back to my old dentist for any future work. A few weeks later, I received a full bill for my visit. I guess they couldn’t wait for my insurance to clear. Also, they charge $ 100 to transfer your records!!!
