As my first experience at an Ulta, I was highly disappointed. I was there for an hour and not a single employee said anything to me. They all looked at me like I was bothering them just by being there. The service is terrible. The cashier was impersonable at best. All the women «working» in the high end cosmetics area, including the brow bar, seemed more interested in putting on their own makeup instead of helping one of the many customers milling about. One employee was putting on her makeup in a mirror and as I walked towards her she abruptly spun around and walked swiftly to the other side of the cosmetics area and continued putting on makeup in a different mirror. Also, the shelves were not well stocked; the soap and glory display was almost completely empty. Many of the shelves were a disaster and most of the testers were disgustingly messy. I felt very unwelcome and don’t think I will be going back.

Had a fantastic experience with brow waxing. Would definitely go again. So sad that the guy who did the waxing is leaving for the west coast. Wish him well!
