Went in today and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge my presence. I intended to purchase and stood in line for over 10 minutes. Another guy came in after I had been there for all that time waiting and the man at the counter went to the back for more help. As soon as the additional staff walked out, he directed him to the man that had just walked in.
Terrible customer service! Will not go in there again.

These guys and gals are great. They always have been very knowledgeable and helpful to me when I have been there asking questions and purchasing firearms and accessories. I would recommend them to anyone.

the first time we went in here the guy was super nice he was actually the gun smith. We were looking for a gun for my girlfriend and he went out of his way to help us. He explained everything to her and understood she was new to guns. My girlfriend went in there to pick up her gun without me and they humiliated her. told her she’s not old enough to be in there (she’s 23). and she can’t be in here without an adult. and asked her why she would choose the gun she chose. basically made her feel like complete crap. needless to say I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to feel worthless.
