I ordered ONE pita to be delivered to work for lunch. I ordered this ONE pita at 11:30am and was meant to be delivered at 12:05pm. 12:10 rolls around. 12:15. 12:20. At this point I decided to call. I called FIVE times (once I was hung up on) the last I finally got a person. The employee asked me my name and told me ‘We’re just really busy’ So since my lunch was now almost over I asked her to cancel it. She said that’s fine and I was hung up on again. No apology. Nothing. So now I have to go the rest of the day on an empty stomach because they didn’t have the decency to at least call and tell me they would be late.
They don’t deserve this one star I had to give them to complete this post.

Ordering online was easy! We both had extremely delicious pitas! The chicken is tasty and the gyro meat was also. I love that it’s close by and we will for sure try other menu offerings! The staff also was fun and upbeat. Great experience.

3 of us tried The Pita Pit for the first time. Had driven by last week and decided to give it a whirl as soon as possible. Yesterday, after working all day, I decided that it was time. Since it was new to me, I thought that I would look for the menu online. Menu was clear and concise which is good, because you have loads of options. You order kind of Subway style. Pick the pita that you want and then customize with toppings, sauces, etc. They also offer the salad option, which I took advantage of. Another happy discovery was that they deliver. Yeah!
I will be back.
