Castle Keepers of Charleston

We have been using Castle Keepers for over 12 years and had no problems. Always on time, efficient, thorough, and have only ever missed (very rare) a minor cleaning task. The staff are friendly and always cheerful — a real pleasure to see them arrive. We travel a lot so frequently change the schedule and it has NEVER been an issue for them. Lastly, we have used other cleaning services here in Mt. Pleasant, SC and in other states — Castle Keepers is at the top of the heap!

I had two cleanings. The first I had no issues. The second one they did not sweep or mop the floors. I called and was asked to send pictures of my floors via email. I took the time to do so and emailed both people as he requested and he said they would have them redone. No one responded to my email and I had to call twice for a response. They finally offered to have floors done 4 days later. I told them to forget it and cancel my regular cleanings. The person who finally told me she would get them redone said she would tell the manager of my decision and assured me he would want to resolve the situation but he never called back. The service was meant to make my life easier but I did not get what I paid for, nor did the manager rectify the situation in a timely manner. I would not recommend this company for their cleaning service.
