Dry Clean Express

I have been on the hunt for a dry cleaner for quite some time. Everywhere has mixed reviews, so I decided to just bite the bullet and go for it. Chose Dry Clean Express because it is located near my office and on the way to/​from work. I pass it every day!
I drove up, not knowing what to expect. They have a drive up window which is incredibly convenient, especially during these hot days! The gentlemen was quite polite. He honored my Unilocal check in offer with no issues. He also discussed with me a Gold’s Gym discount (which, I am a member of– so I am happy they offer it!) and the other specials they run throughout the week. He advised me that since I was dropping my order off before 3pm that day, it would be ready by 4pm the following day. I opted for a text when it was available.
Around 1:10pm the next day my stuff was ready. I drove up and gave them my ticket and a nice lady brought out my dresses. She even went into the back seat and hung them up for me! I appreciated that. I paid for my order and went on my way. Checked out the dresses when I got home– gorgeous. Still in tact, no issues at all.
I’d highly recommend this location to anyone in need of dry cleaning. I will certainly be back!
Monday– 6 pants/​skirts/​shorts, get 7^th free
Tuesday– Women’s day! 15% off women’s two piece suits
Wednesday– (Their busiest day!) $ 1/​shirt with $ 14 in dry cleaning (which is easy– two dresses, before my Unilocal discount was $ 14)
Thursday– 10% off household items (yay– winter comforters can finally get washed!)

Found this local dry cleaners in my area and was thoroughly surprised. They not only cleaned my clothes earlier than promised, they did a spectacular job! Will def use them again!

Didn’t have high expectations starting out since the Unilocal reviews have been subpar. I found this place to be very fast and convenient. My suit came back very clean and properly pressed. Would highly recommend this place. The front desk people were super nice and attentive.

Great people, fast service, get my shirts folded for work travel — always high quality, shirts look great when I unfold them.

I had done my dry cleaning from them for my uniforms at the Air Force Base and they RUINED my uniform! They refused to call me back and had the girl tell me it was because it was «worn». Which is ludicrous because I had only done paperwork in it, I went and spoke to management at the NEX and they agreed it was ruined and are paying for it. I still have not even gotten an apology. They prices are not even low. Clearly with all of this reviews take your money to people who care. These people are TERRIBLE!

Very fast and convenient. Shirts came back clean and properly pressed. Would highly recommend! Their specials are also a big plus if you can take advantage of them.

I ask for DRY CLEANING on a 250 dollars pants with stones around the edge of pockets and they hide the damages on the pants until I paid when I got to car I realize that the pants where damage and I came back to the place to only found VERY RUDE screaming and bad customer service from the lady that works on front believe to be Indian, be careful with the doors she loves to close the door in your face if you not satisfied with their DAMAGE BAD BUSINESS!

Horrible customer service! Ruined a jacket and didn’t even apologize for it! The owner is not a nice man at all! DO NOT waste your money supporting this crappy cleaners!

Took a dress with one tiny coffee spot on front. They didn’t get it out. Took it back, was told no guarantee on spots. They didn’t get the spot out on the second try but, they managed to get two ink spots on the back of the dress. I’ll try another cleaners or stop buying clothes that must be dry cleaned before using this place again!

No customer service from Mumbles McMumble at the front register. First time customer and pick up my shirts with the worst pressing and steam marks, several of then just as wrinkled a when they went in. They won’t get a second visit out of me.
