Drive through unresponsive, doughnuts mis-​labeled and largely unavailable, staff took my credit card to the back to charge it instead of the register without a word to me.
You bet your @ ss I walked to the opposite end of the counter to see exactly what they were doing. Haven’t had a problem with my card since but still… super unprofessional and weird.

The coffee here is great, but I will NEVER eat a doughnut from here or any other DD again after seeing the flies all over them!!! Does the health department just skip over this entire franchise!!! I have seen this in every DD store! Disgusting!!!

I would not give a two star but it was the freshest bagel i had ever from Dunkin Donuts. I guess they sell it our fast. Anyhow, the girl who prepares the bagels and other food items is so slow. Its like watching a movie in slow motion. Had to wait 15 min for a plain bagel with crème cheese. The line of ppl who waited for food was so long. I suggest retain that individual, hire an additional person or fire that slow … Lol

Horrible. Simple as that. Didn’t have two of the 3 things I tried to order. Tried to hand me a hot sandwich without a bag. Forgot my iced coffee. When she made me a iced tea instead and I asked for the coffee I ordered she copped an attitude, made the coffee and then made me take both. Got back to my table to eat and find out the egg is still cold and the bacon is burnt to a crisp. Am I suprised? Not at this point. Thanks dunkin

Possibly the rudest service possible! They told me they were out if coffee and didn’t want to brew another pot brides closing. They weren’t closing for another hour and a half! I had to repeat myself four times to order. The employees started having a conversation during my order and the customer behind me had to ask them start making coffee for the customers in line who want it.

I ordered my coffee with cream and sugar 4 times and they still got it wrong. It really puts the dunkin donuts name to shame here at the charleston airport. Terrible service with disgusting coffee.
