I’ve come to this store many times because I love the clothes and they have great sales sometimes. In fact, I try to wait to buy anything until it either goes on sale or on promotion for 40% off or more. Because otherwise it’s just as expensive as the regular jcrew. And they do have promos here often.
But the customer service here is usually lacking. Sometimes you get greeted, and sometimes not. And I almost always have to let myself in a dressing room because the employees are too busy talking to each other.
I still come here for the clothes and deals but just wish I could get a friendly hello along with that!
