I really like this ON store compared to the one in the outlet. It is my go-​to when I need active wear. It is always neatly organized and they always have what I need. The staff on the floor/​dressing room area are great. They’re so incredibly helpful. Their cashiers need a bit of a lesson in smiling and being polite.

Went here about a week after Christmas so I was expecting a madhouse with post Holiday sales. What I found was an Old Navy that was typically busy but nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately, it looked as if a heavy wind storm also hit the inside of the store. There were clothes scattered everywhere… on the floor out in the open, underneath shelving and racks. The men’s section was a disaster, as about only half of the clothes that were supposed to be folded were actually folded. I’m not sure if I caught them on a bad day but this store was a disaster and I hope they are able to clean it up.

One of the Best outlets I have been too. They actually had great deals adult coats $ 20, jeans $ 15 or 40% off, lots of stuff on clearance! The staff was extremely helpful as well.
