This location used to be the best place for customer service and I would drive out of the way to use them for my service. However the last two times I’ve walked in to find the staff looking miserable without so much as a how are you. It seems they are about pushing their products on the customer and selling stuff the customer doesn’t need. I have asked repeatedly to have someone look over my use and help me to lower the crazy bill I have. I’ve been ignored and told to call customer service. I don’t know if management has changed or what but in my perception this store is not customer oriented.

Run from Sprint! Since we opened a family account in May there has been nothing but trouble. The store says call Corporate and corporate says take it to the store. They have been double billing us for the same phone number. The discounts they promised have never been applied. If I could get away from them I would because they have made my like miserable. I have spent 20 plus hours either on the phone or in the store. I have talked with the reps, the supervisor, the fraud department and now I am waiting on the manager who has 72 hours to call me back according to their policy. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RUIN YOU LIFE.

My phone was acting crazy after I installed an upgrade. I took to the Sprint store and was in and out within 5 minutes. The repair guy was great and knew what he was doing. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff is a must for my 5 star vote and I’m a happy camper!

I literally spent two seconds in this store. They could not help me or just refused to help me with the problem that I was facing with my phone. Most of them were standing around as if nothing better to do. I give them only two stars because they could not even point me in the right direction. They basically told me to call sprint hotline to figure the problem. It was my first problem with sprint and I refuse to use this store every again. I still love sprint though just not this store.
