It seems as though nobody can get this facility opened at the right time. 9:13 still not opened!

I visited this store last Friday morning for printing services. As soon as I walked in the store and explained what I needed, the employee who was on duty said they were too busy and would not be able to assist me for several hours. Plus, she also made a big deal about the special paper I brought for the printing. Everything about this experience was hassle, hassle, hassle.
While she was standing there making excuses, I got on my phone and called the UPS store on Old Trolley Road. I explained to them what I needed, and they told me to come over and they would help right away. So, I did and needless to say, they didn’t have any issue with printing my programs on the spot, or with my special paper.
