Pristine Clean LLC

I’ve been getting my house cleaned by Pristine Clean for the past year and I’m satisfied with the service. Krystal always shows up on time, is friendly, and does a good job.
There are certain things that Pristine Clean charges for that were included by independent maid services I’ve used. For example, they don’t clean the microwave, fridge, oven, baseboards, or interior windows as part of a regular cleaning — you have to ask and pay extra, which can add up.
However, unlike an independent cleaning lady, they are insured and bonded and that mattered to me. The price is about average compared to other cleaning services in the area.

I booked them 2 months in advance to clean my house before we had guests coming to stay with us for 2 weeks. I called the week before to confirm, never heard back from them. They never showed up; I called the day they were supposed to come and left a message. A month later, still have not called me back. Completely unprofessional treatment of their customers.

Booked them a month in advance to do a pre-​party deep clean. I agreed to a $ 10 service fee since my home in Lynnfield was out of their normal service area.
Three days before the party, they contacted me to indicate they had no one available to clean my house and would not be able to do so until nine days after the party. And by «contacted me» I mean that I received a modified Outlook calendar invite for a completely new day/​time without any additional information.
I emailed the owner and was told they had a staffing shortage which is why they rescheduled the appointment without any notice or communication with me. I am sympathetic to the unexpected loss of labor.
However, given the amount of notice I provided (and the fact that the entire reason why I booked the clean that day was because of a specific event happening at my home), I would have expected the owner to figure something out. This seems obvious given it would have been the first clean with a new (and hopefully returning) client.
Second, the way it was handled — i.e. re-​booking the appointment without even contacting me first, and leaving it up to ME to contact THEM to find out why — seemed very unprofessional.

Pristine Clean did a very nice job with my move in cleaning. The owner communicated regularly with me to make sure I was happy with each room and if I wanted anything redone. They aim to please. Will do almost anything. Are polite. He even installed my air conditioners. Their prices are reasonable. I will be using them biweekly and will update the review as appropriate.

I was new to house cleaning and found pristine clean through amazon local and reading all the good reviews they had already had. I went with the deep clean and I’m so glad I did! Scott and Alyssa worked for 4 hours and my house looks great! They were very detail oriented, polite, and prompt. Not only did they do a good job but they were very nice to talk to, answered all my questions, and I felt very comfortable with them in my house. I would highly recommend them!

I called Addy and asked about what is included in their groupon. I wanted my kitchen cabinets to be wiped down and clean for my mother. She said the groupon doesn’t include that and that they have a summer special for «deep cleaning» that’ll cost $ 100. I remember asking her how long and she told me they will clean until things gets done.
The 2 guys arrived and they asked me what areas do I REALLY want cleaned. I told them, my mom would like the kitchen cabinets and tops to be wiped down completely. They can also mop and dust the floors in the living room as well. They did a good job on the cleaning though, it was spotless (living room). They also cleaned the «dining room» which wasn’t big at all and all they had to do was vacuumed and what not.
The main guy then asked if we wanted bedrooms to be clean (which was upstairs) or the kitchen? Because apparently they would only so a «deep cleaning» for 3 hours only (I was told differently). So we told them the kitchen because that’s more important. It was nice that they washed the dishes and organized the table top. They also mopped the floor as well. But they forgot the main thing I asked them to do. I was a disappointed that they overlooked at what I initially told them I want done. I then emailed addy about it and she said it was probably bc their hours was up -.-.
I will be trying another cleaning service.

I purchased a living social for 3 hour cleaning from Pristine Clean ETC. When I called to make the appt I was asked if I needed anything in addition to the 3 hours of cleaning. We agreed for another ½ hour of extra scrubbing of my kitchen for an additional $ 50.00.
My kitchen did get the extra scrubbing that it needed but it was not done after the 3 hours paid for by my living social vouchers. Needless to say my house was not fully cleaned. When I spoke to Pristine they admitted that it was a communication error between the owners but I was NOT going to get my $ 50.00 back.
Be very careful of what you purchase and check the time while they are in your house. My cleaner was busy taking telephone calls during my house cleaning.

I hired these guys to do a deep clean of my house and they were awesome. Besides being so completely thorough and detail oriented, they were polite and nice to be around. They were not kidding when they said there was no time limit and that they would clean the house until it was done! While they estimated 3 hours for the job, it took them nearly 5. My house must have been dirty :)
They even changed the sheets and made the bed. What a treat!
I will definitely be hiring these guys again… my house feels clean and my life feels more organized already.

I bought a coupon through
and called for an appointment. Mike from Pristine called a half hour prior to arrival time and told me he would be my cleaner and said he would be there in a half hour, which he was. He asked what my priorities were that needed to be cleaned. He did a great job and was very polite and friendly. I would recommend.

I had called Pristine Clean, ETC on a Friday to see if they could come the following Tuesday to clean my house… this was short notice, mind you, but Scott accommodated me despite this short notice, for which I was extremely grateful. He told me they were running a special on deep cleaning, which was a fraction of the price that was normally offered by them and much cheaper than any of the «chain housecleaners». I took him up on the offer and on that day 3 people came to my house for over 3 hours… they took the time to dust, vaccuum, sweep, mop, polish, cleaned the baseboards (much appreciated) and cleaned my walls… they even cleaned my coffee pot (much to my delight). In any case… I was grateful and happy for their prompt services and their reliability. I won’t hesitate to contact them in the future.

The guys from Pristine Clean did a great job. They came out on a Sunday on short notice because I was in a jam trying to get my house ready for an open house. They were on time, polite and professional, and my house is cleaner than it has been since I’ve owned it. I was very pleased with the work they did.

I had no idea the difference a ‘deep cleaning’ could make. I met with Pristine Clean’s owners on a Wednesday and in a week my entire living space was transformed. Beyond the actual physical cleaning, the meticulous care and total thoroughness was sorely sorely appreciated. Every piece of furniture cleaned under. Clutter was miraculously boxed and organized. My bathroom and oven sparkled. I am definitely a fan, and am becoming a regular customer.
