A few weekends ago we ordered some pizzas from this Pizza Hut while vacationing in the area. When we ordered over the phone we were impressed by the great staff taking orders but we arrived the experience wasn’t so pleasant. The restaurant was bustling and we showed up five minutes after our pickup time. The staff here seemed overwhelmed and we had to wait at least ten more minutes for our order. While we waited the staff were constantly fighting and at one point an employee scolded a customer for trying to order at the wrong area. When I went to pay for my order I decided to leave a small tip out of kindness for what seemed like a rough night but the manager refused to accept it. That in itself was an indicator of how terrible the experience was. The only redeeming factor was that the pizza was average.

Had pizza there last night. «$ 10 box». It was 15 though. Be careful when you add toppings and dipping sauces. Got a lot of food and it was good for the price. Yum.

We had a coupon to use and called in an order for pickup. The guy on the phone couldn’t get the coupon to work in the system, but said a manager could take care of it when we picked up. When we arrived to pick up our pizzas, we presented the coupon to the manager that was running the register. He informed us that it had expired, and we pointed out that it had not. He then responded that the coupon was«not in the system» and in a very rude and obnoxious way, refused to honor it. I have never heard of a company not honoring their own coupon. For the principle of the matter, we left the pizzas and walked out(not paying $ 40 for what we were expecting to pay $ 20). We don’t come through this way often, but when we do, we will certainly not be patronizing this Pizza Hut.

Easily one of the worst management teams I have encountered at a restaurant. EVER. We were overcharged for a kid’s meal and both the supervisor and the general manager felt the need to have a huge fight with me when I asked why the bill was incorrect. Ever after pointing out the menu itself was not clear, no customer friendly service to be had. The GM told me it was his«job to tell me why I was wrong». Um, ok. I get it. It’s Pizza Hut, but with 3 kids, it is still a $ 40 meal so it’s not«cheap» by any stretch. (I pity our poor(teenage) waitress who was as sweet as can be).

Overall, Pizza Hut is not good. The restaurants are all extremely dated(including this one in North Conway) and the food is extremely mediocre. We went on a recent Sunday afternoon. The pizza tasted about the same as it always does, but the breadsticks were overcooked and just not good. Service was suprisingly good during our visit though. Pizza Hut needs NEW menu items, a whole new image, and updated restaurants. About ten years ago they needed all this. I have a feeling they are doomed.

My husband daughter and I went to eat here today and I was not impressed at all. The wait was long and the waitress continued to go out every 5 minutes for a cigarette. The pizza that we ordered was good, however our waitress never checked on us. We ended up waiting over ½ hour for our bill once we were done and then another 20 minutes to get my card back because she kept going out to smoke. We have been to several Pizza Huts before but this is by far our worst experience. If you plan on going here, plan on waiting a while to get our food and plan on bad customer service.

Its a Pizza Hut. Like any other Pizza Hut. Nothing special, nothing bad. If you want Pizza Hut and are in Conway… it works. :)
