Residence Inn by Marriott

Very co-​operating, welcoming hotel management and each team members. Never feel I am away from home. Always willing to help, smiley, welcoming and make things easy for the guests. Breakfast and Evening snacks are very good-​worth staying here. Breakfast Items are fresh and they individually ask guest if they like the food or not. I will put this hotel on my top priority while I am in North Conway, NH. Beds and Amenities are TOP of the quality.

Great staff. Great room. Spacious and good internet. Free hot drinks in lobby. We got a nice upgrade by the very friendly and always smiling reception.

Very nice hotel! I would highly recommend staying here, if you can score a decent rate during non-​peak vacation weekends.
Our King Suite was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Check-​in was easy and the staff was very courteous. The free breakfast buffet was plentiful and convenient. I love the outdoor fire pit, pool, workout center, and although I didn’t participate on the Saturday night family «ceramic class», I thought that was pretty cool as well.
The only, and I mean only drawback was we were on the 2^nd floor surrounded by a large extended traveling family. The kids were running up and down the hallway, playing soccer, and running throughout the hotel into the late hours.
If you have a family, then I would say it’s VERY family friendly. If you are on a romantic getaway, you may want to ask the front desk for a room that’s more private and away from large families.
You can’t beat the rate, especially if you are Military or a govt employee! I will return if the price is right;)

This is my favorite hotel in North Conway. I love the décor, it’s contemporary rather than the country bumpkin motif that is overdone up there. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is friendly.
We stayed midweek in February, and they do evening receptions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The managers reception even had beer and wine.
I love that this hotel is pet friendly, but they do charge an extra $ 100 which is wicked steep but honestly I have paid it because I like this hotel so much.

Its nice, a basic clean hotel. They have free breakfast (a hair better than the standard continental one) and their rooms are comfortable and clean. They need better curtains to keep the light out (especially for the parking lot side rooms). And the staff is pleasant. They could do better to offer complimentary bottles of water like a lot of other Marriotts do since their tap water tastes terrible.

Sadly I decided to stay the night too late and this was the only option left, now I know why.
The good:
— Free breakfast and free wifi
The bad:
— Beds are not comfy by any means
— The TV kept going out because of ‘rain’
— We had bugs in our bathroom
— The smell of the room was very musky, almost like it was a smoking room even though they don’t allow smoking on the complex.
Much better places to stay there… lesson learned… book early.

I initially felt guilty about booking the chain hotel when there are all these cute B&B’s around, but I have to say I got over it pretty quickly. This hotel is new, clean, simple/​modern and comfortable. There is free wifi in the lobby (and free plug in Ethernet in the room). There is complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great deal!
