I purchased a king size mattress at the Sleepy’s in Fairhaven Ma. While the sales person was OK the rest of the process was terrible. Delivery with out the frame and delivery person saying they are just that not there problem and left it on the floor. Customer service told me to deal with the store you purchased at! Really? I went to store who game me the frame in a box or wait two weeks for delivery person to come out and put together etc. nightmare! No sleepy purchases ever again!

Whatever you do — do not trust the sales staff at this store. A lot of promises are made as part if the sales process that are the denied. Make sure to check your receipt carefully to make sure it says what you expect it to; delivery, bed frame — you name it. Great delivery service, horrible sales customer experience.

Stopped in just to look and ended up finding something we liked. We put down a deposit and we went home to look at reviews. I found the price cheaper and they price matched. I thought my sales person went above and beyond and I actually felt bad haggling with him. We had very good customer service from in the store to our delivery.
Our mattress was delivered and they arrived when promised.
