I got a tattoo there while visiting North East. I was told touch ups were always free. I was not thrilled with the quality of the tattoo but knew I would have to wait until summer to get back to the shop. I called to set up an appt. for my touch up but was told the artist had left and they would need to charge me to touch up the terrible job that was done. No thanks!

Very nice place, kind friendly cheap with piercings they have 20 dollar piercings on Tuesdays which is really nice. Looking forward to getting some ink done by them! They are very clean looking actually!
