BEWARE REALTORS! — We just did a settlement with this firm and «Oh My». You will need to baby-​sit every move. Too many mistakes on the HUD. Missing Administrative Fee. After bringing it to their attention Peter Kirsh basically said although its OUR mistake, collect the fee from your client! REALLY? There are too many title companies out there to choose from folks. They collect a fee for a reason. To do a job. Buyers, Sellers and Agents should not have to baby-​sit a Title Company. Thumbs Down!!!

I have done two settlement with the Kirsh Title firm.
They both have gone off without a hitch. What a professional group of people. None of the last second bull. I walked in signed the papers and left. No Hassle at all.
They will do all my settlement work for life.
DON’T BE STUPID use this guy!
