The service was acceptable, however, they lost my lug nut key and when I called about it, they did not return my call. Now I have to order a replacement to get my rims off.

I will never buy a used subaru elsewhere. Small town service with a sales lot to fulfill anyone’s wishes. And if you want your car diagnosed or fixed right the first time, whether it be mechanical or cosmetic, then their service shop in vergennes is the place to go. It doesn’t get any better than auto creek!

Fair pricing, solid service, clear communication about the vehicles we looked at. The salesman even helped us figure out the correct way to put our child seat in one of the cars for a test drive.
I’d heard good things about the place, but this exceeded my most optimistic dreams for a used car lot.
