Requested Perry The Owner to look at a rental property for my investor. The pump in the well tank was broken and or the 220 power was out Perry said. But also said that the tank calls for a 110 pump. He contacted his electrician to look at it. The Electrician called me on his way out there. I told him if it is something simple fix it like a ground or a fuse. Otherwise Perry said he could put a 110 pump in. THEREWAS A GOODLINE! Never heard from them for 4 days until I received a bill from the electrician for a new 220 line, new 110 line, GFI and a new box $ 481.00. Then Perry billed me $ 1071.00 to install a $ 225.00220 pump and a $ 75.00 switch. Renter told me he was there no longer then 35 minutes. Called 3 other places with the problem and got quotes for $ 600.00 to $ 750.00 and they also could not understand why a 220 pump was re-installed. Perry’s invoice Showed nothing but the cost of his service. when requested for an Itemized bill, Parts, work done and hours on the job, I WASTOLDTHEYDONOTDOTHAT! Requested pump information for warrantee purposes and to know what I was paying for. WASTOLDTHEYWILLFURNISHTHATINFORMATIONONCEWEPAIDTHEBILL. What is that extortion? When I asked Perry about the bill he proclaimed, What do I care about the price, It’s NOTYOURMONEY! I proclaimed it may not be my money but it is my name for I referred you to them and you are racking them over the coals. The investor Paid the bill because it was not worth the hassle dealing with contractors like Perry. Prior to this we made a website for Perry. Posted and Approved and paid for. Perry called the Credit Card company and revoked the charges. Stealing $ 726.00 from me too! Contacted Ben Franklin Corporate office to see if it is true that they do not issue Itemized bills, They told me THEYDONOT, They bill on a Tear Level. So I can only assume If you have a Escalade in the driveway their rates are different if you have a Kia? HE got me once but will never again!

Save your $ 79 house call… this plumber was rude and couldn’t fix the problem of water from tank leaking into toilet. He said he had to order all new Briggs parts for inside the toilet. When I followed up and called his office, no parts were ordered. I finally changed the flapper myself and solved the problem. I easily found Briggs parts available on the internet and ordered a new handle and plan to have a friend change that out. I would not recommend anyone use this company!
