I love these guys. They came out, gave me a reasonable quote on tree removal, and did the job exactly as agreed to. When compared to other companies they came in much lower on price. I will use them again.

Needed a tree cut down that was leaning toward house. Got a fair quote, but wanted to get three even though I felt comfortable with the quote I got from Knowles. Chris told me if I called back by the following Monday they could get the tree down by Wednesday. I called Monday, Chris said they could do around 1:00 Wednesday. They came about 12:00 and were done before 1:00. They were good at their word, work and price. Will be using again in the future.

Had a half dozen trees taken down and some limbing done along the powerlines. Took awhile to schedule the appointment due to an equipment problem on their end, but once they scheduled, things happened quickly. They were due to arrive at 1PM, and I had managed to get out of work in order to meet them. I made one stop on the way home because I had time and as I pulled into my street, the trucks were at the end of the road. I hoped they hadn’t been waiting. When I pulled up to the mailbox, the invoice was in the mailbox — THE WORK WAS DONE!!! They cut everything into 4′ sections as I had requested and took care of my existing brush pile. We could not have been happier with their work. Across the board, this was an excellent experience. HIGHLY recommended.
I later had the wood milled by Jesse Matras of Northwood (also HIGHLY recommended) and plan to use those timbers for a project in the house.

Bad bet. I bought two and a half cords of seasoned wood from them this year. Had to unload most of it from their trailer because the trailer battery wasn’t charged and wouldn’t dump.
Once cool weather set in, and I tried to burn the wood, I find that it is not seasoned, it is green and virtually unusable this year.
Don’t buy from these people, they are not selling what they say, and there is a word for that, several words in fact, which you can figure out.
