Pizza Hut

This was the most disgusting pizza and wings I ever tried to eat. My order took 2 ½ hours to get here after I was told 1 hours and 45 min. Then I opened my garlic and Parmesan wings and it was floating in butter and some white salty sauce, and it was doggy and cold then my pizza was cold upon delivery, also I asked for extra cheese, guess what? I didn’t get it. Very poor service and food…

The first time I took my daughter and new boyfriend out to lunch so we went here. We got 2 medium pan pizzas. after waiting over 30 min which that was fine but the pizza was RAW! When we showed the guy who brought it to us he agreed and said that he would go talk to someone in the back. long long hour and 45min later after another raw pizza we got our money back

Dealing with this Pizza Hut was the worst experience that ive ever had with the company. German Rodriguez is completely unprofessional & incompetent. He was not helpful in any way and could not answer any of my questions. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I ordered at 11:30 and its past 1:45 before i get it. German said the driver had no phone & he didn’t know how I could contact him. Freaking ridiculous

I ordered a pizza and waited an hour as per the original delivery time. It was never delivered, so I called the store. I talked to the same person that I placed my order with, the employee then told me that I didn’t make an order with them, even though I just did, an hour earlier.
I then checked my bank account, and Pizza Hut had charged me for the pizza which I still hadn’t recieved. Then around midnight before they closed, I recieved a phone call from the Manager of the Pizza Hut regarding my open order that was never filled.
He refunded me the cost of the pizza. So now that I had my money back I decided to order from Mountain Mikes due to this Pizza Hut’s terrible service. Don’t waste your time folks, skip this location entirely!

This has got to be the most poorly managed location there is. I placed an online order (which doesn’t provide an estimated delivery time BEFORE the order is placed) and received a delivery time of 3 hours. This place is already notorious for not delivering within the estimate, so I called to change to a pick up. Chantel (Shawnell?!) placed me on hold… For 12 minutes… Then hung up. I tried to call back (several times) but they stopped answering their phone. I had to drive to the store to cancel the order. An apathetic employee, who sounded a lot like Chantel, responded to my issue with an indifferent «sorry ’bout that,» never even looking up from the screen. That’s the last time I order Pizza Hut. And as I write this, I’m waiting for my delicious Mountain Mike’s pizza (conveniently located at El Camino and Walnut). UPDATE: So the pizza I ordered at 7:20p and canceled at 7:45p, was just brought to my house at 11:08p. The driver had no idea the order had been canceled. Unbelievable!

You place a delivery order and the wait time is always somewhere near two hours… i dont live that far so I try the pick up option instead… doesnt change anything… it says itll be ready in 20 minutes… u end up waiting at least another 20! staff is completely unapologetic about the whole thing… at least throw in a free two liter or something for your horrible service and timing! cant call in an order either… no one EVER picks up!!!

Horrible slow service! They were also out of personal pizzas during lunch! Ordered wings with a salad and drink… took 40 minutes to receive order for dine in. Will never return.

There were 5 people in the restaurant. I asked for some forks and they had 1 fork. I asked if the others were dirty and the cashier didn’t know!!! She said she was unsure where they kept the forks or if they had any clean. Very very strange!!!

First of all i wish for a negative star rating for this place. i called 2 nights in a row to order ther family special wich is 2 medium pizzas with wings or pasta and with breadsticks, after dialing the number i was connected to what seems to be some sort of call center (not the actual restaurant) the lady on the other end sounded irritated that i had even called, after the order she then told me the wait time is 152 minutes… ok so i opted for pick up instead of delivery. The next day i called again to order the same exact thing thing they told me the wait time is going to be 184 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous to wait this long for pizza on a Monday and Tuesday evening PIZZA HUT please fix this otherwise wen i cant cook i guess ill have no choice but to order dominos…

The food has generally always been alright. They messed up an order once or twice, but nothing earth shattering. My only complaint is that I can order a pizza from anywhere else, and have it delivered in an hour or less. This place always takes roughly 2 hours. It’s 7 miles from my house. The short staffed excuse is used EVERY TIME! Think you guys would figure out some scheduling tactics by now. I mean, come on… they even increased the delivery charge… to bring me a pizza that’s been cooling for two hours.

I just called to try and have a pizza delivered using a coupon that I literally received in the mail today. There was no expiration date in the fine print which I read verbatim to the person attempting to take my order. Nowhere on the coupon does it say that it is carry out only or online only. I was told because they couldn’t find the coupon I would have to bring it in or try online. I could not find the deal online, which in turn is why I called. Don’t send out coupons to customers if you will not honor them. Poor service.

To whom it may concern–
I placed an online order for one pizza, an order of cinnamon sticks, and a two liter of soda on September 13^th 2015 at approximately 6:30 p.m. I received the confirmation email shortly thereafter giving me an approximate delivery time of 7:50 p.m. I called the store where the delivery was supposed to be coming from at 8:15 p.m. to check on the status of the order. I was immediately placed on hold for another 5 minutes by an employee who told me they were short staffed and «that’s just the way it is.» It is now 9:04 p.m. and it finally arrived! The delivery driver, who was not wearing a name badge, asked if I was leaving a tip. I was not. I asked how they were an hour and ten minutes late, and he replied, «You should just be glad we got it to you.» Unbelievable. Very dissapointed in the quality of service, and will not be doing business with this location in the future.
I selected one star since Unilocal!doesn’t allow zero stars, which is how this experience was.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
I ordered a pizza online and apparently the manager cancled the order 5minutes after I ordered it but no one called or emailed me to let me know this. I waited 30minites after my dilvery time to call in and then found out that this happened. The manager that cancled my order left for the day right after and didn’t say why so the new shift manager couldn’t tell me anything besides that it was cancled and then offerd me 10% off my pizza but it would take 40minutes because they were busy now. Are you fucking kidding me! Was my response, needless to say I’ll be eating something microwaved tonight since I’m now starving.

Enjoyed my Pizza…
I came in on a slow night with my wife and daughter. We were greeted by a wonderful woman, very upbeat and smiling. She took our order (Large stuff crust Pepperoni) and we sat down.
The pizza arrived quickly, and looked great. The cashier/​server asked if we wanted cheese, peppers or extra ranch. Just stating this because at most places you have to pull teeth to get any condiments.
The pizza was great, hot and fresh. No complaints. I would recommend this location to anyone. I had a great experience. The only reason I wont give 5 stars is because of the store itself. It is a little rundown looking, and not overall appealing to dine in.

You know it’s not a good sign when the employees don’t even know their own menu. I know it’s not for the reason that they’re new, since this particular employee has worked here for at least a year.
I asked her what deals they have that include pizza and wings. I’ve seen the commercials! She tells me they only have the box with 2 pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. I asked if there is another that had 1 pizza, wings, and other options, besides 2 pizzas. I know there is at least one other option that includes pasta.
Now the service… the employees always seem to be too busy to take any orders, even when there is no other customers in the place or on the phone. It always seems like we’re interrupting something when we walk in.

This was literally the worst pizza I ever had. The salt on the pretzel crust pizza was burnt. It was greasy and gross. boo.

I came here because it was close by where my sons were having basketball practice. It also doesn’t hurt that there’s Starbucks next door. Anyway, it’s on the corner of a busy street so be careful when you are trying to enter the parking lot. There are 2 entrances and exits.
I went here with my almost 2 year old to grab a little bite to eat because I hadn’t had anything all day. I wanted to try their personal pizza with pepperoni, their mozzarella sticks and their cheese bread. All of it was delicious, piping hot and exactly how I remember it. They have the best crust ever. I normally don’t like to eat crust because it’s either too hard or too chewy and bready. Their crust is the happy medium. It’s buttery and flavorful and not too bready to make me feel like I was chewing for days just to get it down my throat.
The toppings were plentiful for a personal pizza. I was actually shocked at how much they topped on it. I was thankful because just this 4 slice pizza made me full. I was able to leave the rest of my food, the mozzarella sticks and cheese bread for my boys. They worked up an appetite after basketball practice.
The staff was extra friendly. There’s plenty of seating. There’s a parking lot so there’s definitely parking even though there are other food establishments in the area. Prices are competitive with other pizza places so there’s no shocker there. The floor and tables could probably use a little bit more cleaning but that’s almost any food place these days. Otherwise, I don’t have too much to complain about. I would appreciate at least 1 free ranch cup at least for my cheese bread or my mozzarella sticks. Of course I was going to use it for my pizza but they didn’t have to know that.

Meh. I ordered dinner here for my family. I ordered large pan pizza veggies style, large super supreme and cheese sticks. The veggie pizza wasnt even a pan pizza. It was a regular pizza. The super supreme was not even super. Compared to the regular supreme it was suppose to have double the toppings but didnt. I ordered this online for carryout. I went to pick up the food with my husband. The service was okay she really didnt care about us. We asked for paper plates later to find out this chick only gave us two paper plates… did she honestly believe that just because i was with my husband that we were the only ones who were going to eat 2 large pizzas!!! Rude. I like how its super close to my house but id rather go to a different pizza hut

Customer service is outstanding. We ordered a New Year’s special — buy a 2 topping large pizza or ⁸⁄₁₆ wing pieces at HALF price.
We ordered Parmesan Garlic for wings, and added Italian Sausage with Green Bell-​peppers on the large pizza.

So what do you get when you combine the convenience of online ordering for a late night meal of pizza, an intellectually stunted yet arrogantly ignorant man-​child answering the in store phone call whose voice and choice of words drips with so much sarcasm and distain that you just know your about to get screwed over on your impending delivery order?
Abdul’s wrath is what you get and we’ve had more nightmarish, beyond frustrating runs ins with this little douche bag that I felt it time to finally put fingers to keyboard and write about it…
First of all some points to note:
When we first moved here we ate a lot more pizza than we typically would due to the fact that we were both beyond exhausted, needed to eat but were too damn tired to cook and resembled zombies from the movie Night of the Living Dead; only the zombies didn’t have to pay for their meals and left a whole lot more satisfied when done munching than we have…
Secondly repeat number one and lastly pizza can be an all inclusive protein and fat filled meal if you combine it with a nice salad…
The online and phone pizzahut app used to allow you to make your additional topping add on’s using them and it also used to consistently allow you to add a «note» such as ours: Please cook the crust longer due to the additional toppings and bring the packets…
However they have since removed those options and now it requires a phone call into the store to make those requests… PLUS we love the red chile pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets and also request them…
Well, our little frienenemy Abdul has always, 100% of the time given us the shaft on our orders… Oh!!! And pizzahut has also removed your option to select the store you can order at basing the store you have to use on the delivery address you enter which only adds to the overwhelming desire to punch him in the forehead as time after time our orders arrive all jacked up and lacking…
True to form Abdul had his way with our order over 2 weeks ago and this time it arrived with barely any toppings and he never relayed the message, as usual, to the driver about the cheese and chile packets… Grrrrrrrrrrrr…
Lacking you ask? I consider it lacking when you bite into it in a dimly lit area and notice that it tastes like bread and sauce … Only to flip the overhead light in to discover that what you thought were slices of pepperoni over cheese is actually sauce over bread…
When you ask the poor delivery driver where the packets are they always and I mean always have a genuine «deer in the headlights» look of horror come across their face which is entirely too real to be acted out each time…
Here’s what I know: I love «well made» Pizza Hut pan style crusted pizza and have had many in my day just not from Abdul the human turds location and a few more… But I remember what it can and should taste like which is why I suspect I have continued to subject myself to this sort of seemingly endless torture and secret war with Abdul that to date I appear to be loosing…
We’ve already decided that next go round regardless of how tired we are we shall order for an in store pick up and if the order isn’t as it should be we shall stay there until it is…
Plus… I just have to satisfy my imagination with a true up close and personal mental picture of what Abdul really looks like in the flesh…
