My little cousin has had a rough start to her life and has some cognitive delays, speech delays, and behavior issues. When we walked in for our introductory lesson, she immediately shut down and tried to make herself as small as possible. In response, the staff did the smallest, yet biggest, and kindest thing I could ask for. They were patient. The instructor gave her space, and periodically offered a very very friendly«hello.» At one point she didn’t respond, but instead of taking offense, he smiled and tried again later. It took awhile(we sat watching for over an hour) but eventually she wanted to get a closer look. Suddenly, enthusiasm set in and she came out of that shell and had a fantastic time. The pride and happiness in her eyes was contagious. I am confident that if it wasn’t for the way the staff treated her, we would have went home without a new experience under our belt(no pun intended haha). Thank you sooooo much.

Love this place! My daughter and I have been training here for over 5 years. This place feels like family. I highly recommend it for children and adults!

Love this place for teaching discipline and manners, although i would like to see more interaction one on one with the instructor when things are not being done correctly so that they can be learned the right way

As you say a charitable donation you would think if that was the case the item would have cleaned up so nothing was left behind. I heard about this from the people in that neighborhood and i will never recommend this business to anyone just because of the story i heard I’m just mortified i mean yuck and shame.

We were looking for a martial arts school for our 6 year old son when we found Robinson’s. This school is very family friendly. The instructors show respect to all students as well as earn the respect that is demanded from the students. The instructors treat their students fairly and will spend one on one time when a student is having troubles learning a particular move. My son has been going here for a year and looks forward to every class. I highly recommend Robinson’s Taekwondo to students of all ages and skill levels. Some may think there is not enough room on the bleachers for parents, if that is the case then sign up for the family class and get on the mat with your children!
