Your service is terrible. I think that was the longest I’ve ever took to order not only from fast foods restaurants, but restaurants in general. The girl who took our order took forever and got many items we ordered wrong. One tip of advice for them is to get good customer service. The milkshakes were just ok. They were very creamy and heavy and They didn’t really have that much flavor. The mostly just tasted like blended milk. The burgers and fries were good for what they were trying to be. Now I can’t say there as good as Five guys and in n out, but it was a decent burger. But, the burgers were a little greasy. Carl’s junior is a exceptional fast food restaurant. It’s not fantastic but it’s not horrible either. There’s no harm for trying it out.
Also, the food was very filling. My whole family got a stomach ache and had to go to the bathroom about five times after eating there. Just beware that you might get a stomach ache after eating there. Pace yourself.

i went here after i got drive thru for a refill and the cashier norma and general manager mary told me i cannot have a refill i must pay $ 1 ! they were very rude and it was embarrassing and down grading for for me in front if all the customers in side ! no need to treat me so bad just for a refill! i will never eat at this carls jr again! i warn everyone the food and service here is terrible until they make changes in management!!! i rate this no stars but to be able to write a review i must give them 1 star!

They just cant seem to put any malt powder in my Oreo Malts! In case you all don’t know, but there is a difference between a shake and a malt!

So the sign says they close at 12 it’s 1130 and they have all doors lock… Where am
I going to eat with out a car… Need to walk around now to find food… Very very sad:/

One of the worse Carl’s Jr by far, today I decided to buy a combo famous star burger with fries and a soda. I give the cashier $ 3 in change and asked her to charge the remainder to my debit card. I should have known something was wrong when she asked me how much did you give me but I didn’t pay attention. I get home and realize my card was charged $ 4.50 and stated on receipt I gave her $ 2.25 clearly I was jacked .75 cents it may be a small amount but what matters is principle. I took it to go and I live very close to this location fries were still hot but burger was cold no quality compared to Granada Hills location and the worse part I say thanks for my order and not even a reply clearly Anna doesn’t know how to count or to smile, bad bad experience

It’s open 24hrs and the inside lobby is open late. There is a middle school right across the street so avoid this place when the kids come out. There are generally a few hooligans hanging out here at all hours. But hey it’s a Carl’s Jr. in North Hills. What did you expect. It’s not the best food or service but it is fast and it is food. Be nice to the people that serve your food.

For my lunch break, I had a pleasant experience with this location. Customer service was excellent and cheerful. The place was kept clean overall. However, I came at a bad time when their bathroom was flooded. Oh well.
The food was promptly made and given to me at an appropriate time. Carls Jr tastes the same everywhere, so I am glad that this location holds up to the minimum standards. Parking lot is well-​sized and abundant. 24 hour drive-​through for those late snackers. Overall, this is a decent branch in my book !

I told these muthafukkaz wheat buns cuz I’ma top notch athlete… sumtimes, I gotta pee. How hard is it 2 put wheat buns? Now I’m gunna b fat!

Every time I come to ANY Carls Jr. There is always something wrong. The incompetence of somebody making a burger always boggles my mind.
Upon entering I tried to keep positive seeing as how the company I was with wanted a burger. The cashier was a moron and I had to order twice and he made both orders wrong.
When the food was brought only half came out and the girl was oblivious to the missing order. All the fries were regular and old and mushy. I had ordered and payed for crispy crisscut fries. When I went to the front to ask for the missing food every one including the manager seemed completely out of it and didn’t know what to do.
When I finally got the food it all had hair in it. Mushed buns and completely disgusting.
Needless to say I got my refund and left that retched place. If I could burn it down and salt the earth I would.
Go to hell Carls Jr. And take the Green burrito with you.

Not the prettiest restaurant but it’s clean. The service is fast and the food is large portions with okay prices. There are a lot of teenagers that hang out here since there is a middle school across the street.
The food was okay. Greasy but what can you expect from a fast food place. You get a pretty big burger for the price you pay. The patty was well cooked and not red at all. They have skinny fries but they are long fries!

If I could give this place «no stars» I would. I have been eating here for the last 10 years 1 time every 2 months or so. It is just getting worse every time I go and simply put, I dont think I will ever come back to this carl’s jr. Food tastes re-​cooked. Last time I was there, the soda machine was broken. I had to stand up twice because my order was wrong. I would hear the people working there laughing and having the time of their life as oppose to focusing to their job. Bathroom? Dont even go there, your better off taking a piss behind the restaurant, so make sure to take your hand sanitizer if you want to risk your health here.

Carl’s junior is way over priced for there food. And there food isn’t as good anymore =(the only good thing i like about carl’s are the new chicken tenders. but other than that I’ll pass on coming here again.

Two to three words***: CRISS-​CUT FRIES!
We will not have our fries cut any other way than Criss, and Carl’s Jr. not only makes them the tastiest, but they also are very conveniently located!
Plus Dennis who works the late night drive-​thru is always happy to give us extra napkins, which are ALWAYS needed. :) Good food can be messy, y’all!
In conclusion, go here!

PS — We’d give it 5 stars, but Jamie slipped in the bathroom once and nicked the side of his face on the sink and blames the custodial staff.
UPDATE 6÷18÷2012: RICARDO HAS SINCE APOLOGIZED TO ME ABOUT THE WET BATHROOM FLOOR — BACK TO 5 STARS.

Showed up around 11:30 so I beat the lunch rush. My reward? My chicken sandwhich was dry, my onion rings extra oily and my drink had a loose lid so it spilled while getting on the freeway.
