Love shopping here, great customer service employees are sweethearts! But bad vibe when manager is there. Not long ago I was going to exchange an item and the manager was talking to the cashier. So I went ahead and asked a different employee she was very polite, and told the manager I wanted to exchange. Well the manager started yelling at her in front of everyone! She was telling her that that wasn’t even her job and to go ‘clean or something’. VERY RUDE. And I’ve seen that same woman yell at other employees as well. Very disrespectful and humiliating. It makes me wonder where this store will be in a couple of years if any at all. Don’t get me wrong I love this place. But the employees need to be treated with more respect. I can only imagine how she treats customers. I will definitely not be shopping here any time soon. Those girls are too nice to work there they need to find themselves a better job on my opinion.

I came here last week to find the main manager yelling at her employees in front of customers, which in my opinion does not look good for business whatsoever. She had made the atmosphere seem quite depressing from then on. Seeing the way that she treats her employees made me not want to shop there anymore since she probably treats the customers about the same.
