Gp Jumpers and Flowers

I went to the store to buy graduation flowers and balloons. There was 2 teenage girls who seemed to be underaged working in the store with no adult or manager in sight. Nothing was priced so every time I asked girl #1 the price of something, she would run back and ask girl #2. She priced some flowers for me at 15 dollars and 2 balloons at 3.50 each. Girl #1 then left me waiting to get run up and started helping someone else. I waited until girl #2 came to ring me up. When she rang me up it came out to 27.25, and when I asked her why did it come out to so much when the flowers were only 15, she said «it’s because of the taxes». Skeptically I asked for the receipt and of course she had over charged me. When I went back to ask her why she over charged me she started bickering to the other girl about how she had never said 15 dollars. And how they didn’t know how they were going to refund me. I just walked out in frustrations and said it was fine even though I had confirmed with them twice that it was 15 dollars for the flowers. Word of advice: stop hiring kids!

Came for wedding bouquets. Service was amazing nice people. Loved the bouquets and affordable prices. Will definitely come again.

Back in April me and wife got married. It was tough deciding on the arrangements in the decorations. There were so many choices, we had so many ideas and they worked with us until we were more than happy with our arrangements.
The way they decorated the church was more than beautiful, it was straight out of fairy tale. They work with all your changes, they’re patient with you, and their first priority is customer service. If there were more stars I would give it to them! Thanks GP!

had my sons party at grifith park and they were on a list of people to use, i regret using them. i called and they qouted me $ 100 so i agreed and ordereda jumper, then the day before they called and left a message in spanish (I speak english) they have to charge more… the day of the party they told me they will not deliver it unless i pay an extra 25 for delivery. they told me the new employee was wrong and didnt not qoute me the right price, i told them thats not my problem and they said it is and they refused to give me the original price and deliver it… dont use this place, very unorginized… no business sense… and when i spoke with the owner he did not care that it was his employees mistake and told me he will not change the price
