DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
Went in to look at different options was yelled at by a manager named «sue» and 1 of her staff members whom refused to give her name for taking 1 picture. I then asked her if their store had a policy for not taking photos to which she said I am to ask for permission first I reiterated my question once again and was given the response that there is a sign saying no photos. I did not find ANY in the Entire store, I told this to the manager to which she said it was her personal preference that I ask for permission I asked for clarification so there is no sign? She refused to answer my question. I asked for a time when I may speak with the owner of the business about the treatment I received from this manager «sue» to which she said she had no idea who the owner was, when they would be in, or how to contact them. Very suspicious store with employees that are disrespectful and degrading to their costumers! Not worth a visit when there are other stores with better products that treat their customers with respect!

I get all of my synthetic hair car products here! Cheap, customer service is always great it’s clean and they have all my little stuff

I do favor this place over going to LA. I liked the other location in Reseda better but it’s fine. I really like their products. The only issue I have is finding the exact things I need so I always have to mix and match. It’s not that big of a deal but it would be nice to have more options that way. I’m a long time customer and they’re always good to me. I can’t complain. This store has great wigs for Halloween. I pretty much make them my one stop. Parking is easy too! That’s always a plus for me. All in all OK beauty is a OK with me.

Not much variety, they never have the length or texture of extensions I want. They stare at you like a hawk while you search the store which makes you feel uncomfortable. However, they are very inexpensive and the hair quality is ok

I bought extensions that began to SHED after one week and after two weeks it was sooo AWFUL that I had to remove the extensions that cost me $ 150 not including the labor to put in and take out. When I went back to complain the owner said «talk to the manufacturer» can you believe that? I bought the hair from you not someone from India. So I told him I am going to dispute the charge on my Visa and also sue him in court. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. GO TO A REPUTABLE STORE.

Small, I mean SMALL little shop at the corner, of the shopping center. You can see it off of Nordoff.
You walk in there, and you’re not the only one in the store, then guaranteed… it is cramped. The store focuses on wigs, and hair care products. I was a bit dismayed that their cosmetics was very limited, including nail polish. They do have the brand Ruby Kiss, but they only have nail polishes and some eyeliner. I was hoping they carried Ruby Kiss’ gel liner, no avail.
The only thing I did find, that I was happy about, they have Red Cherry and Kiss fake lashes. They are about $ 3 for a pair, not too bad.

Great little hole-​in-​the-​wall find. HUGE selection of false eyelashes (which is what I was there for in the first place) and reasonable prices. The only bad part is there’s no posted hours and they’re apparently closed sundays :(
