Professional tree and yard service. We have this hill that gets rather overgrown, and its a bit of a hassle doing the upkeep on it. My sons and I have struggled to maintain it, but a bit too steep and dangerous to climb now. The other professionals we’ve had clear things away for us over the years were alright, but Ron’s service was exceptional. I’ve had people show up 2 hours late at the end of the day, with a crew that were ready to mutineer after working various other jobs throughout the day; which is really not my problem. Not the case with Ron’s service(love that name). He is committed to you for the entire day. I scheduled an appointment with him for this past Tuesday, the 22nd, and was given a 2 hour arrival window between 8 and 10AM. They showed up sometime after 9. I was at work but my wife was off for the entire holiday season. Ron and his crew of 2 assistants, were finishing up work after my return back home and didn’t finally leave until after 6PM! No extra charges from his original estimate. No more hiding behind the now gone eucalyptus tree, for the pack of coyotes that yapped and howled me out of a restful sleep the night before. The thick growth of forest is now gone, with enough watershed remaining to prevent a massive mudslide during the approaching El Nino. Great work Ron! And great name!!! I’m biased about the name of course.

Ron came when he promised and cleaned up after he was done. I needed some extra items hauled away and he quoted me a fair price. When needed, I will use Ron again as his prices are fair and he is easy to work with.

Purchased an 8 hour deep clean on Angie’s List. I initially was very pleased with Pauline on the phone who was able to schedule me the next afternoon. That evening at 9:30pm she calls me saying I had to change the schedule and have the cleaners come from 8−10am. I proceeded to get 2 more phone calls at 9:45pm from Ron telling me either I had to switch or cancel so I switched around my schedule and made it work. When we spoke on the phone I informed them this is a 3000 sq/ft home but was empty since we had not moved in yet and Pauline said they would bring 2 – 3 cleaners. Upon arrival she said since they have 2 cleaners they would clean for 4 hours, then contact me, send pictures and find out if I wanted anything else done at that point. If I wanted anything past the 4 hours I had to pay an additional $ 80/hour(on top of the $ 229 I already paid). I told her my priorities were the floors, base boards, 4 bathrooms and the kitchen. I get a call after 4 hours,(never received pictures) saying they hadn’t even gotten to the bathrooms yet. After paying an additional $ 120 we were done. The next day we see the house and literally NOTHING else was done but the kitchen and 3, not 4, bathrooms. They were very thorough in the kitchen but given the time, size of the house, my priorities you would think they would not have spent 4HOURS on the kitchen alone. Not happy at all.

Let’s be candid… when you call a company to haul away trash for the first time in your life. you don’t know what to expect… well, I was pleasantly surprised… my ex-tenants had left a ton of trash of all types. files… cardboard and metal, furniture, boxes of stuff, bags of stuff that over flowed. a two car garage. storage room and patio… it was a BIG job… Ron showed up on time… in fact. courtesy called when he was running a bit late… assessed the job in a very professional manner… gave me a fair price for the size of the job… and he and his crew started immediately… the job turned out to take longer than expected and he and his crew came back .at their next open time… about a day & a half later and finished it up. at no extra charge… he was true to his word… the price was the price… they not only cleared everything out and hauled it away… but indeed hosed and cleaned the areas they worked on… so it looked a clean as the day I bought the house i. Now for his secret weapon… his office manager/partner Pauline… coordinated everything perfectly .even on a weekend… and confirmed on a Sunday and kept in touch via email, phone and text… she also has a great personality… in other words it was a grunt job handled in a truly hi tech and professional manner… I would recommend them to anyone. at any time period… Steve

Had a lot of trash from cleaning out my garage and they came to pick it all up. They worked really fast and the price was really good. Next time i have a bunch of trash im definitely calling ron’s.

I purchased a deal on Angie’s List which covered 1⁄8 load(about a pick-up truck full). I couldn’t use it right away, so I appreciated that he and his staff were very patient in setting up an appointment when I could get things together. They took away a lot of old computers and printers and general trash. It took them about an hour-and-a-half in 90-degree heat, so I feel I really got my money’s worth. If I were not on such a limited budget, I would have paid extra for them to take more. Ron was punctual and showed up at the appointed time. He called about 20 – 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm his arrival. The crew was professional and did a great job. I will definitely call him again. The company also does clean-up and tree removal service, so my next job will probably be taking out a dead tree in back.
