Cella Gallery

I have been to three exhibit — events here at Cella, and had a great time, every time. It’s centrally located, good parking situation, and of course the real reason to write a review: the art work. It’s very well-​chosen and absolutely beautiful. They tend toward (at least, in my experience) the edgy, sexy, beautiful, classy — think: Olivia, or Michael Parks. That kind of stuff. Mixed media, too. It’s a fantastic place to hold an event, especially if there is a tie-​in with the party theme (for instance, the last time I was here, was the Viscera Women in Horror Film Festival launch and the Femme Fatale exhibit: 35 artists handpicked by curators Nicole Bruckman and Stephanie Chefas… lovely stuff, and not unafforable for the beginning to middle collector).
