This is an awesome organization. The teachers Maeve and Caterina are very enthusiastic about teaching the students Irish Dance. It also helps that they toured with Riverdance for 10 years. My daughter loves to dance and I am glad we found them.

Amazing! Amazing! Caterina and Maeve are the best at what they do. Not only are they both incredible dancers, but they also wonderful teachers. I’ve been a student of dance since I was 8yrs old: Ballet, jazz, tap, ballroom, hula hoop dance, Japanese fan dancing and dancing with fire. I was also a professional go go dancer and aerialist. After my first class with CIDA I was instantly addicted and have never had so much fun in any other dance class I have ever had. It’s also just about the most brilliant workout and whips the body into shape quickly. When people ask me what Irish dance is like I tell them«it’s like a combination of ballet and tap, but with different technique. It’s also harder but WAY more FUN! It is my favorite form of dance and my only regret is I didn’t start sooner. Everyone is encouraging and we cheer each other on and help each other with steps. Irish dance isn’t limited to just the Celts as I once thought it was. Students are ethnically diverse and I’m very proud to be an Asian American Irish dancer. Haha.
